    Cellulite Busters + Hair Tip!

    All of my cellulite is gone! Due to these factors:

    *Less diet soda
    *Drinking more water due to climate change
    *Massaging thighs & legs to break up lactic acid & fat bands
    *Regular eating habits: 2-3 meals a day (versus skipping)
    *Leg lifts, plus walking around all day
    * CLA Tonalin
    Just had to share.

    Also, I am using less shampoo & no conditioner (don't ask) and a hot-water rinse leaves my hair clean and soft, softer than conditioning.

    Cool. But what I've heard is, it never goes away, just the appearance of it does. But, hey, great goin' girl! I always drink lots of water, kinda lazy about the diet/caffiene part. & I forget the butt cream, use it tho.

    Do you get a massage done or do you have a technique you do yourself at home?

    That's probably a stupid question, because it would be hard to massage your own bottom, but I just had to ask.

    I keep hearing about all these different special massages for cellulite, but I wonder if it's just the act of getting a massage itself.

    Oh, it's easy to massage yourself, like when you're sitting on the couch watching TV or in bed. You grab your thighs & calves and roll the muscles between your fingers. It sounds painful but it's not. If you run often you'll have lactic acid buildup you can feel dissolve.

    whirlerz: Since cellulite isn't a different kind of fat but a term for an appearance of fat, well, yeah.

    It's true that it's an "appearance of" issue. I''ll have days depending on bloating and diet where I look....lumpy. And then when I work out, the cellulite gets pushed up on top of the muscle and looks worse- there is muscle bulking AND body fat visible at the same time.
    But if you can "lean yourself up (working out + diet + hormonal balance + good tissue tone) it is less noticable.
    This can be done. My a*s looks better at 26 than it did at 21. There is hope.

    PS I am back on BC Pills, which may be a mitigating factor.
