    Default Stripping to the Beatles!

My boyfriend, an amateur DJ and music collector, likes to make me unusual CD's to dance to at the club. The result is that I am very popular with the club DJ's because I'm not just playing the Pussycat Dolls over and over like everyone else, LOL! Anyway, he just got the idea the other night to put "Come Together" by the Beatles on a CD for me. I never would've thought of that, but it WORKS! It's a great strip song.

He also put "Mama Told Me Not to Come" and some obscure older hits on there and they went great, and some interesting mixes. Like one song has "California Girls" by the Beach Boys mixed with "Don't Stop Till You Get Enough," and another has "Milkshake" mixed with Madonna's "Holiday." I love this stuff; it definitely gets attention!

But who would've thought you could strip to the Beatles??

I used to work with a girl who would dance to "While My Guitar Gently Weeps." I've always been partial to "Back in the USSR" and "Savoy Truffle."

Dam im old,I can remember when the Beatles were played alla time!!!!

Ok heres a few twist for ya along your line that you might wanna give a listen to....

To spice things up for a fun mood, kinda beachy/reggae kinda stuff, try
    Chacka Demus-Twist and shout

Great fun remake of the classic beatles tune!!!

    As for this classic...
He also put "Mama Told Me Not to Come"
Im not sure if you can find the mix from the cd single, but its well well worth finding,i think there are only 2 mixes from what i can remember.
Its Mama told me not to come-wolfgang Press(it might be wolphgang Press)

Great freekin remix, never seen it fail for stage, many styles can dance to it.
Its great for the old guys, they know all the words, and its sexy alternative sounding to match alot of stuff girls use anyways,so the young'ns like it also.

    I give it 5-5 MnM's!

THANKS, MnM!! I will definitely look for that; it sounds right up my alley.

EDIT: I just downloaded it; I even paid 99 cents for it. DAMN! You were right, that's a great song. And nobody at my club plays that kind of stuff. I'm going to have fun with that one.

Theres also a version of "mama told me not to come " by Tome Jones thats pretty kickin'. Also as for Beatles...Revolution #1 (slower blusier from the white album) works well for day shift, (Mr. Christopher, I may need that intervention soon...or wait till the next "all djs are assholes post, which ever comes first)

Here's the CD he made me - I LOVE IT! It's the best strip CD ever. The sets are pre-arranged so that every odd track goes into the next one, so it's got 8 sets (16 songs) on it.

"Lucas with the Lid Off" - Lucas
"Bouge de La" - MC Solaar

"Work It Out with a Foxy Lady" - Beyonce mixed with Jimi Hendrix
    "Disco Science" - Mirwais

"Milkshake Holiday" - Madonna mixed with someone I don't know
    "Fogma" - Groove Armada

    "Spill the Wine" - War
    "Come Together" - Beatles

    "Hallelujah" - Happy Mondays
"Mama Told Me Not to Come" - 3 Dog Night

    "Tide Is High" - Blondie
"Like a Feather" - Nikka Costa

"Rapture Riders" - Blondie mixed with Jim Morrison
    "Voulez-Vous" - Arling & Cameron

"Would You?" - Touch & Go
"Sweet Dreams are Empty Without Me" - Eminem mixed with Eurythmics

What do you think, guys, should he be a professional DJ?
