My Goals I'm working on:
Eat less junk food(i.e. fast food, processed foods w/ingredients that aren't
even natural)I knowthat encompasses a lot of foods
Eat more veggies (i don't really eat anysometimes corn)
Stop skipping meals
Get myself back into more demanding physical exercise (gym, running etc)
Start treating myself to Spa treatment everyonce in awhile.
Stretching everyday and start doing Pilates
Find a hobby that will help me get back my creative side.
Goals Accomplished!!!!!!!!!!![]()
Gave up coffee
Gave up soda
Quit smoking
Eat lots of fresh fruit
Drink lots of ice water
Take hikes and walks twice a day for an hour each
