    Smiley Your healthy lifestyle goals and accomplishments

    This thread is meant to be motivational and encouraging Just so you can talk about yourself and what you still are working on and what you have accomplished

    My Goals I'm working on:
    Eat less junk food(i.e. fast food, processed foods w/ingredients that aren't
    even natural)I know that encompasses a lot of foods
    Eat more veggies (i don't really eat any sometimes corn)
    Stop skipping meals
    Get myself back into more demanding physical exercise (gym, running etc)
    Start treating myself to Spa treatment everyonce in awhile.
    Stretching everyday and start doing Pilates
    Find a hobby that will help me get back my creative side.

    Goals Accomplished!!!!!!!!!!
    Gave up coffee
    Gave up soda
    Quit smoking
    Eat lots of fresh fruit
    Drink lots of ice water
    Take hikes and walks twice a day for an hour each

    Goals:

    Cut down sugar
    Boost veggie intake
    Increase flexibility in back
    Drink more water

    Accomplished:

    Quit smoking
    Quit coffee

    Feature costumes for sale!

    Heh, heh- this is like the New Year's Resolutions I forget 5 minutes after midnight...LOL...

    Less booze (easy to do when you can't afford good booze)
    Step out when people smoke cigarettes ("I'm from California, I can't be here.." LOL)
    More aerobic exercise, less sleeping late
    NO more slouching!
    Don't get p*ssed off when bills come in the mail.....go have a beer instead (woops, there goes the first one....LOL)
    Do more yardwork dang it, "the squirrels took over the yard, go break a sweat" (pretty landscaping is a mood enhancer)

    Accomplished? Uh, still breathing!!!

    Default health goals

    goals:

    - quit smoking weed every day
    - eat less animal products
    - less booze, especially at work
    - more exercise and yoga


    already accomplished:

    - regular gynecologist appts. and testing for STDs and HIV
    - i drink lots of water

    -get to the gym regularly
    -drink more water
    -keep less nutritious foods to a minimum

    Accomplishments
    -quit smoking
    -actually joined the gym and show up once in a while
    -kept drinking to a minimum
    -quit smoking the wacky tabacy

    Accomplishments:

    --Figured out that wheat flour is the MAIN ingrediet making my face break out
    --quit drinking coffee
    --improved the look of my skin DRAMATICLY
    --quit smoking! (for good this time, I think!)
    --Go to the gym sometimes
    --Work out at home sometimes
    --Making a continuing effort toward eating better (latest step, having fresh dairy products adn organic produce delivered to my house)


    Goals:

    --Eliminate sugar (and I was doing so well befoer I started that detox diet! )
    --get my skin to finish clearing up
    --drop 10 more pounds
    --make exercise a CONSISTANT part of my DAILY routine
    --Do another marathon
    --take up a bunch of sports like Hiking, cross-country skiing, and in-line skating

    Wheat flour???? never would have guessed that! I'm glad you were able to figure it out.

    And YES!!!! you are done smoking forever!!!!! You don't need it anymore!!!

    -successful transition from vegetarian to vegan lifestyle
    -regularly practice yoga and running
    -laugh more
