Default Someones gotta know this one

OK, so there is this song that they play at the club and I haven't asked the DJ who its by so I'm hoping someone can help me identify it. It's kind of an R&Bish song, relatively new I think b/c I heard it on the radio today for the first time, but its been playing in the club now for a couple months. Its a girls voice and these are my really bad attempt at the lyrics, all out of order of course:

"blah blah working night and day and now we get the gravy.
blah blah blah expensive, blah blah blah
    its looking so sparkly
something about getting the guy's maybach (car) i think

And then it has this little break down part that goes

    "cha-ching...cha-ching"

Ok, so after typing those lyrics I realize that it was a pretty pathetic attempt. But the song is really slow paced and rhythmic with this girls voice. I'm hoping someone can help me. I can't really tell what she's saying, but u can hear the words: expensive, sparkly, and maybach (i think). and the chorus part about "cha-ching" is pretty recognizable. Thanks to anyone who can identify this song for me!

P.S. this song probably drives some people nuts so sorry if you dont like, something about it gets stuck into my head

    ok newb

so ya answered your own question.

    good fer you.

only thing is,you missed giving the dj you work with wood.

and wood is good in your hood.(dj stroking 101)

Nothing gives a SCDJ a stiffy more then one of his girls running into the booth and saying"dam thats a great new song!!!whats it called?"

good job on spotting the new stuff, just work on the "stroking YOUR dj"thing.

I know this sounds crazy, but next time YOUR dj plays something you like and dont know, dont cheat yourself out of the brownie points, ask HIM!
Then ask him"what other new stuff have you wanted to try and, do you think will work for me???"

work alla angles,to include the dj.

It was his JOB to tell you what the name of that song was,and you paid him.

^^^ Unless of course you have a newb dj like mine, and he doesn't even know who sung "Paint it Black", or can't tell you that the Beatles were the ones who did "Yellow Submarine".

    God, he's a noob!!!!!!!

But to be fair, our other dj is a god, lol. I love him to death!!!

we interupt this program for a "Gone with the wind"moment.....
Yeah, except then he'll expect extra in his tip.
frankly my dear(scarlett),I dont give a dam!

Even if he didnt ask for one,or expect one,he sure as shit did deserve one.

Even if she doesnt tip him,he has already been paid.

that is if she uses the "stroke the dj 101"thingy.

New song you heard,17.99 for the cd
new song you like, that the dj has,10% tip out or 10 dollar minimum
    Feeding a dj's ego, PRICELESS

Read this into another scdj bashing vancouver if you must, but your wrong, and just as Rhett says,"I just dont give a dam",I say"I just dont give a shit"

    Learn from what i said,or dont,your choice.

Sorry Big Green, I gotta agree with Vancouver on this one. The more you interact with DJ's, the more they expect...I should know, I'm marrying one of my DJ's soon, LOL. I couldn't afford to tip him anymore, LOL!

    ^^^^^^^^ roflmao!!!!
Ok so your going to give the "Ultimate cost"with your dj,i wish you nothing but the best, and may your first child be a manly one.

Now ask your soon to be hubby what makes his night, more so then a woman offering a BJ or a 20 dollar tipout to leave early...

Ask him, even now with the marriage of one of his girls in the future, what can a stripper say to him to make his night???

"I like this new song, what is it,got anything for me like dat?"

Its stripper/dj bonding moment 101,without sex.

Holy crap, cool it! I'm just sayin'. If you don't give a shit, don't post!

PS, kudos on the witty reference to my stage name. Really, good one.

BigG, unfortunately, my honey doesn't DJ anymore. Quit two months ago because he got a promotion at his day job and has to work a lot of OT. I totally agree with what you have said because that is how we bonded. I'm really into the music that is played when I'm on stage and was thrilled when he knew my style without me having to ask anymore. Lots of times he would come in with a new CD and played stuff for me (my type of music). I also tip very well. You would have to be really bad for me to tip under 20.00.

I work at clubs where you have to be onstage for 30 minutes out of every hour so the music is key. Bonding with the DJ is essential. But I do know that they can get out of hand with some girls who really don't care what is being played and expect bigger tipouts. My future intended was very interactive with the girls (know what you're thinking...get your mind outta the gutter, lol...I'm the only one who caught him that I know of!). It certainly did make his night when girls would really get into what he was playing. As for the BJ's, they don't get me anywhere anymore...I still have to wash his drawers and make his dinner!!!

That being said, thanks for the congrats. I don't always agree with what you say, but your posts almost always crack me up. Glad I finally got the chance to cross paths with ya!

P.S. Lay off the beautiful Scarlett! You big Green Meanie!
