Well, where I work in Little Rock, Arkansas, you have to have a membership to go in a topless bar. They call it a "private" club because the city it's in is supposed to be dry(meaning they have to have a license to sell alcohol). But, I learned that a "private" club is not so private. The spanking ordeal that was going on in my area taught me that even if it's a "private" place, if ther's more than 5 onlookers, you can still be charged with "obscene performance in a public place". And I also learned that any sexual act or, even pretending to sodomise someone with clothes on from behind, for example, is a felony if more than five people see it. And, in Arkansas, at one club in particular, there are no "lap" dances. They offer private dances where the girl is three feet from the customer dancing on a small scale stage, and even THAT is considered prostitution if sold as a private dance.
