I've been hitting the Tecate and french fries pretty hard. My weight and body are still looking mighty fine, but my belly doesn't have the lean tone that I like.
I'm going to try to get hired at a new club tomorrow and am looking for suggestions on how to maximize water/belly fat loss in < 24 hours.
Here is what I'm doing so far:
1. Yoga in the morning.
2. Rubbing coffee grounds into tummy and ass to "firm" up skin.
3. I'm thinking of taking a Diurex pill. My bodybuilder friend suggested them to me a while back to help get rid of bloating. I tried it and had the nastiest metallic taste in my mouth for days, but if it works....does it actually work? I couldn't recall a difference.
4. Do some crunches before I go up to the club.
Will any of the above have worthwhile immediate effects? Should I even bother? Obviously, the yoga has many benefits, but is there any point in doing the coffee and diuretic?
Basically, I need to get rid of some water retention from the end of my monthly visitor. I"m not particularly worried about getting hired, its just a confidence booster.
