Ok...I've just returned from spending a wonderful evening at The Goose.
    Here's the DL:

It's a neighborhoody kinda divey local's bar. It's near LAX....it's pretty much the only topless place near the airport (so you can booze it up if ya wanna), so besides locals it also attracts travelers coming & going from the airport. The busiest night is definitely Friday night, and the place can get hoppin. It's also not uncommon for an occasional barfight to break out on a Friday night.

The Goose is located in the city of Inglewood, which is a primarily latino/black working class neighborhood. It's on a very busy and fairly safe street....the parking lot is very safe, and the bouncers are very quick to act if there is any trouble inside or out (and I've never seen any trouble outside). The LA sheriff's also seem to like to keep an eye on the place.

As for the action inside: according to the ladies, business has been pretty slow lately...blame it on gas prices, the economy...whatever. I usually go during the early evening shift during weekdays, when it's not so busy, but the place does seem to really pick up after 10pm. I was there tonight from 5:30pm-10pm, and it was only when I was leaving that it was starting to get busy. That's not too bad for a Wednesday night!

I have seen alot of girls auditioning lately....I saw 4 of them tonight. I don't know if they got hired or not. BTW - the girls working there are a good mix of all ethnicities & sizes....something for everyone.

Hmmmmm......what else.......oh yeah - dances go for $10, $15 or $20, depending on the girl. Seems like the girls charging less per dance are actually making more in the longrun. The ladies set their own prices, since after they tip out, what they make is what they keep.

    I think that's about it.
Give a holla, miss rosewoods, if you need more info.
And let me know if/when you audition...I'll try to be there to throw some $$$$ atcha!

Unfortunately, this place is DEAD. I was there last night, and although Wednesday nights are usually slow, I've never seen it THAT slow. Alot of my fave dancers have left the club and some of them are now working at Fritz's.

IMHO, I think that the dancers raising their prices has really hurt this club. Prices went from $10 to $15-$20. The Wild Goose is a blue collar type place, and the dance price increase has driven alot of customers away. The remaining ones tend to nurse their beers & never tip. Alot of us custies have also wandered down to Fritz's, where dances are still $10 (at least so far)..

    Hope that helps.
