    Default Ever get so tired of dieting?!

    Ever take a long period of time from eating "clean"?

    Ugh, it's been over a month that i've been eating pretty shitty after I had that whole problem with losing my appetite.

    Some foods get so boring to the point where it makes me gag already.

    I don't want to keep eating like shit for any longer either. So after my PMS this month, back to "cleaner" eating. I am drinking lots of water though & quit caffeine(this maybe a combo of it too?).

    Anyone ever get like this sometimes?

    I know the feeling all too well, but it beats feeling icky, which is how I feel if I eat like shit....plus the weight gain part!

    I do that all the time. I really like ice cream so if I don't eat it let's say for 3 days I just eat some but like 3 times more. It is real bad I gotta stop ... not !!

    i HATE DIETING!!!!! i want pasta and lasagna and ice cream and soda and CHEESE!!! if you dont already do it i knw a great way to get rid of a few pounds without dieting .. eat breakfast. every morning, i drink a slimfast and have a yogurt or toast or something small like that. It helps. it also keeps you from getting hungrier during the day and i have more energy. I have been doing it a few months and lost several pounds and feel better. you have to eat it every day and like as soon as you wake up, first thing should be vit and breakfast!!!
    my mom started my thing and she has lost 10 pounds in a month without any other changes. shes old and shes not in shape, big lady ... love my mommy

    I know what you mean OMG....Ive been eating chocolate cookies lately. Making them buying them everything. Chinese food too. I usually stop when I start to get fat. Then get super healthy and start on my mini food binge again.

    Treating yourself one day a week to a little something indulgent will keep your diet on track.It is recommended by dieticians.If you don't do this,you'll simply just deviate entirely from your diet and binge.Once a week to something proportionally sized is OK.

    if your portions are more than a hand full it is too much. Control portions on everything and weight loss will come with out being deprived.

    haha i do the same thing.. i will eat super healthy for a few months and then one week i will eat junk.. right now im going through the "eat junky stage"... i kept eating halloween candy yesterday.. i lost track of how many little candy bars i had... ok i think tomorrow its time to be skinny again....haa

    Hahah this made me laugh. How true is that to eat those little things, and not even worry about the calories. At my job, my boss ALWAYS brought a big bowl of them. Snickers, butterfinger, reeses, hershey's...all that. It's so easy to grab a handful, devour them, then shamefully go back for more

    My personal trainer told me that it's important to eat at least five times a day, 2-3 meals and snacks. You should also be eating every 2-3 hrs. It's also important to start this in the morning. This keeps your metabolism high all day.

    Sometimes I work late, wake up at 12 or 1 and then start eating...not good. It's best to start eating earlier in the day to keep your metabolism up all day, so you can burn fat.

    Ive been addicted to candy for the past month. I don't even want real food, only candy. It's crazy because there are so many empty calories that I could've eaten huge meals instead of tiny pieces of chocolate. Halloweens almost over so then we have a couple of weeks before we start talking about turkey and stuffing and ham.

    So are you saying you wake up at noon, then immediately have "breakfast"? Because that's not bad. Not every person is on the same time clock. Whatever time you wake up, as long as you eat within an hour, you're doing fine. You shouldn't deprive yourself of sleep just to get up early and start eating. We're not all programmed to get up at the same time and go to bed at the same time. Early morning has nothing to do with metabolism. Adequate sleep, proper diet and exercise, all have to do with metabolism.

    I can't eat 5-6 times a day. That seems to be a pain in the ass. And always feel bloated through out the day.

    Three-sometimes four, works for me just fine. Especially having a HUGE breakfast. And drinking LOTS of water.

    Honestly, I really believe that the best way to eat is to eat what you want, when you want it. If you do this, you know you can eat whatever you want anytime you are hungry, and you won't want to eat when you are not hungry or eat past full.

    That being said, I do sometimes gain 5lbs. I will do a low carb thing til I loose it, which usually only takes a week and a half.

    I usually end up doing that like twice, three times a year...lol

    I HATE DIETING!! GODDAMMIT!
