Ever take a long period of time from eating "clean"?
Ugh, it's been over a month that i've been eating pretty shitty after I had that whole problem with losing my appetite.
Some foods get so boring to the point where it makes me gag already.
I don't want to keep eating like shit for any longer either. So after my PMS this month, back to "cleaner" eating. I am drinking lots of water though & quit caffeine(this maybe a combo of it too?).
Anyone ever get like this sometimes?
