Ok, I'm 5'4 and 160lbs. of muscle! I have a very large frame/bone structure (I always thought it was a joke when people give the excuse, "I'm big boned") complete with broad shoulders, big ribs and wide hips. To make matters worse, I'm so muscular. I was a gymnast for about 13 years, cheerleader for 4, and I come from a line of body builders/muscle men so I think some is genetic. I wear a size 6/8 (my waist fits a 6 but my muscular thighs require an 8 and to make my life hell, god blessed me with little tits (34 B but on my body they look like little A's). My arms are cut better than a man's, but I'm not that strong at all, it's just how they look.
The other night at my club, they had us wearing referee and cheerleader outfits b/c it was football night. Of course, I got trapped in the one piece, striped ref dress that gives no inclination that I have boobs b/c one needs cleavage for that dress. Well, I'm on the floor hanging out and I over hear this guy turn to his friend and say, "Dude, is that a guy or a girl" about me! They didn't know that I heard so I went over and started flirting in the girliest way I could. I even flashed a boob just to squash all doubts in their minds (even though he commented on how small they are). They tipped me but still, my night was ruined

Even before I left the dressing room, I was telling one of the girls that I looked more like a football player than a sexy ref, so hearing that just made me feel awful.
So, here's my question (finally): how do I make myself look more girly and less burly? What changes can I make in my diet/exercise program that will help me look leaner and basically make my muscles disappear? I'm sick of being asked by skinny male custys what my workout routine is b/c he wants to try it to get bigger

... I DON'T GO TO THE GYM OR WORKOUT AT HOME!! Please help me!
P.S. I need to lift my butt too. That seems to be the only place on my body where I have no muscle. It's already big (I'm happy with the size), it just needs some lift.
