Wow, your pictures aren't verey clear at all, so who knows. Your shoulders, back and face look fine though!

Have someone snap a pic of you standing facing the camera that captures your whole body.

I also know that down shots make boobs look bigger and everything else look smaller.

Not 30, but I bet he was referring to your tummy, which I would pinpoint as an area to tone. Some weight loss would help that.

^^ Yea, do some hard cardio and hit some crunches, and go see his ass, or better yet ANOTHER manager in like 2 weeks.

wow ballsy of you to put yourself out like that. Good for you. I would suggest to take little steps onto better eating and add some workouts to your weekly run around. I dont think you look bad nothing a tube dress cant mask.

If you start dancing anyway youll tone up with in 2 weeks from th stage. 30lbs...no. I dont like putting numbers on people weight b/c we all carry our weight differently. But 30lbs would be too much.

stomach def could use some good toning... i think 30 lbs sounds a little bit ridiculous.. you don't look like your too big to begin with, so if you lost that much weight you would look skeletal....

Managers can be such asses sometimes. I got turned down for a job in Vegas a long time ago and the manager told me to do some sit ups. NO SHIT! I trucked my fat ass down the road and I ended up working for a nicer club anyhow.

30 pounds is an exaggeration. Maybe 5-10 but that will be easy--but you have to want it bad enough!

So you just need to tone up hon. I want to remind all the other ladies who are not going to the gym...being a stripper and going to the gym go hand in hand!

You know why? More stamina, a better bod, a better attitude, MO MONEY. You will be untouchable!

Just watch what you eat, lift weights for 20-30 minutes a day four times a week, go for a 30 minute walk (treadmill or other cardio machine) four times a week or do pilates or yoga four times a week and say fuck it to that club and make your money somewhere else.

Gyms are cheap, no excuses. Going to the gym or taking part in any other exercise is your other part time job! Dancing alone may or may not make you lose weight.

    Good luck!

I agree with the 5-10 lb loss and crunches. For what it's worth, I seem to be able to do more crunches after my cardio workout.

IMHO, you're not overweight, but you really do need to tone up your midsection. If you would just loose maybe ten pounds, but work out for a month or two, lots of cardio and sit ups, I think that would help a lot. I'm not trying to be mean, but it always helps to hear the truth. If you wern't trying to be a stripper, i would say your body is great, and definitely better looking than the average woman. But the thing is, if you want to work at a good club, you have to look "perfect." That's just reality.

I agree with the weight-lifting advice. The best thing about that is that muscle mass LITERALLY eats your fat -- it increases your base metabolic rate. I usually do 15-20 minutes of cardio at the gym after the weights, no more, and my weight in pounds has held steady but my fat deposits have shrunk and my figure is SO much better.

I think the manager was confused because you have a wide frame. You can clearly stand to drop 5-10 pounds of bodyfat, but you also look like you have a broad bone structure. This won't look "fat" once you hit the gym every other day for a month, though.

And something else I might mention is that I'm fuckin' GLAD I went to the gym for a month and a half before I started working (which I did yesterday, my second shift was today) -- how I look is secondary, but yesterday was grueling, and today only slightly less so.

But I could deal with the tired-and-sore body load fairly well, and I don't think it will get much worse before it gets better. I've increased my strength and stamina by working out, and had I not done so, I'd have been falling to bits after the first couple of hours . . .

Oh -- p.s. What you eat isn't that big a deal, and I'm REALLY leery of messing with my diet because changing the ratios of nutrients or reducing calories more than a little can actually kick your body into starvation mode, and make you *gain* fat mass. If you've been gaining weight, it's good to change your diet, but if your weight and size has been constant at your activity level, then I think the safest way to work is to simply raise the activity level and eat the way you usually do, with two exceptions: Drink green tea, and eat frequently without ever eating to "completely full".

the 30lbs advice is just to see if u have thick skin... if you cant handle a manager saying that how will you be able to deal with drunk guys telling you to spread your asshole or saying they dont want a dance because ur pussy is too big small hairy bald tight lose ugly whatever...if u tone up a lil and keep auditioning at clubs ull get hired
