    Post Dietician/nutritonist

Im considering seeing a dietician/nutritionist this week. Im fed up with my look and really need to loose this last 10lbs and tone up. I feel it would be a massive improvment all over me inside and out and for my money. Im not saying Im a giant cow but loosing this is important to me. I workout 2-3 times a week and make sure to kick my butt, eat regularly healthy, and bring my food. Although, I should have more water.

After the responses in "BA w/ a side of Lipo" thread I decided it would be more financially beneficial to invest that extra 5K in better ways. Most likely a trainer too and just loosing it the old fasion way.

Has anyone hired a dietician/nutrionist? How was your experience with it all?

i have not specifically ever hired a dietician, but i am studying the profession right now. my advice is go to www.eatright.org and look up one in your area to find one thats a registered dietician. Licensing laws in different states (and im not sure what it is in cali) differ, and in some places, anyone can call themselves a nutritionist. Good luck, and if you need me to, i might be able to get referrals from the dietitians i study under
