I have the same problem, my trainer is making me do lots of repetitions of everything (squats, longes, etc) also some excersices with weights to get them into shape. I'd also say walk at a moderate-fast pace (without incline) at least an hour every day too. That's helped me a lot.

god I hate my thighs too and it is SO hard to tone them up. My trainer has me do squats, lunges and the "butt blaster" and all kinds of lower body excercises. I think it's working some but I just have shitty genetics when it comes to thighs.![]()
