Hi ladies, I was just wondering what kind of clothing you wear when you work out?
As in, sports bra, sweat pants, long sleeve shirts, etc.?
Any recommendations?

I usually like track pants and a wifebeater, it's very comfy
A swimsuit
When I actually use my home equipment I just wear a sports bra and some yoga pants. Anything else feels like it gets in my way.

Lol, I'm so glad somebody else worries about this!!!! My bf tried getting me to work out with him forever and I wouldn't go because I secretly was afraid I wouldn't look right there haha. I finally got over it! I wear comfy pants and a tight shirt with built in support and a sports bra under that. Baggy shirts work too... but most of the people I see wear the pants and tight top. Or shorts, those work too![]()

I usually wear a sports bra, a t-shirt, and either shorts or sweatpants. I always put my hair back in a ponytail too, otherwise it totally gets in the way.
If you run outdoors, you will get itchy skin from the air chapping your legs...I wear tight Lycra bottoms and it stops the problem.
ALWAYS 2 sports bras if you are boobie-licious. There are ligaments in your breast that are non-elastic...do not bounce your breasts.
I like Target's sportswear line. And Nike makes tough sports bras- I bought one a year ago & it hasn't stretched or faded.
I wear a sports bra & some sweatpants that dont cling when they get sweaty. If its a bit cool I'll wear a sweatshirt on top then take it off when I start getting sweaty. Definitely hair pulled back. I really dont like it when people at the gym spray too much perfume/body spray...makes me nauseous, so I try not to do that!

Tight leggings or bycicle shorts and a t-shirt.Cannot workout without my big tight fitting sports bra.Boobs are too big and it gets painful without it even on an elliptical machine.

Yoga pants and a well fitted sports bra. I think the yoga pants are great because they are form fitting but have enough give to be really comfy. I like the fact that they are flared at the bottom as well. They breathe really well too.

I wear lycra pants also, and a tank top. I find the tighter pants dont chafemwhen I am working out and the sweat factor is reduced

Yup, doubling up on elastic sports bras that are one size too small is an absolute necessity for me.ALWAYS 2 sports bras if you are boobie-licious. There are ligaments in your breast that are non-elastic...do not bounce your breasts.
At home bra and panties or a swimsuit. I can't stand work out clothing, too tight.
The boobs are always tucked in tight!!!
