Dancers park in public pay lots across/down the street from the club. If you arrive after 6pm (I think) it's flat $5 to park all night. A doorman will walk you to your car for a tip.
Apparently Jason is down in NOLA now so things may be better in Bmore than they were last year....
^ Sweetheart, I can tell you that everybody at Hustler Bmore really misses you. You would win a popularity contest among the dancers at the drop of a hat.
I'm amazed at the lack of upsell push in this club, though. I'm mobbed every minute for dances, drinks and even convo, but the girls never work the upsell to VIP at all. The cash split from the room is really good; not like the nickle-and-diming $7 you surrender from each lap. So it's a bit of a mystery.
That second-floor VIP room on the right with the reclining chair? I usually buy it out just to get the girls out of rotation. And the waitstaff is unusually good.
Its hard to upsell to VIP, with the damn host walking around with his flashlight waving into the room every 3 minutes. Even if you aren't doing anything extra, a little privacy is appreciated, and when a fucking maglight is stuck in your eyes constantly, you feel like two inmates mutually masterbating in a prison cell.Originally Posted by The Other Owner

TOO - I'm thinking you exaggerate about my popularity there.
Re: upsell - I never tried to push vip unless the guy expressed that he was just itching to spend a ridiculous amount of money to keep me all night. With the morons upstairs who made a point of telling guys about the half hour when the girl had them sold on an hour (making girl look like a ROB), excessive time spent processing transactions, 50% vip split and exorbitant vip pricing, smart girls know they'll make more money hustling laps on the couches instead.
I actually watched many nights while the vip hos would sit at a table upwards of 30 minutes for free selling that half hour vip for $300 (of which the girls only get $150 - less 10% if it's on a credit card) - meanwhile I'd be wearing trails in the carpet between main floor and couchroom, racking up $2-250 in laps in the same amount of time. Occasionally the vip hos would get a spender and rack up several vips and leave with considerably more than I did that night, but on a weekly average I was better off. On Sunday nights when laps were only $15 with no house cut, I was walking with $7-900 consistently (and usually about $$ more than the vip hos banked those nights because they were only getting $100 per half hour instead of the usual $150).
Also, when guys are paying $300 per half hour, it's next to impossible to get a tip. On lapdances I often got $5-15 tips for a single dance, more for multiples. That adds up quickly.
The vip host and managers get a cut of all vips sold so they push it hard. But the girls are effectively penalized for being able to upsell![]()
Look, it's pretty simple. I just need to outspend CP by around 2-to-1 for your night and suddenly I am insanely happy. Probably makes two of us.Originally Posted by Bridgette

That's really surprising. At $600 an hour, why shortchange the dancer? That just doesn't make any sense at all. (Although it's possible that some customers get pissed at the champaigne price gouging by the half-hour, which is how you can get to a few thousand very quickly, with little going to the dancer. Now that little scam took me exactly one room to figure out before I fixed it the next time. Cash to the dancer rules.)Originally Posted by Bridgette
Thanks for the explanation on laps. I believe a good lap hustler could easily make up the difference quickly. It just seems that upstairs few of the girls were burning up the rug back to the couches.
Trust me, though, when I say that you are missed there.
If there is a good VIP in your Phoenix club, CP's record will be in serious jeopardy within a few hours of my landing at Sky Harbour.![]()

Yeah, two of us. But then CP would wanna 1up you and we'd be right back to square one againOriginally Posted by The Other Owner
haha
Yes the dancers always like cash better, especially in that situation. Still, I could make more selling dances there than the $300/hr in vip. I did it alot. In fact I regularly showed up at 11 and walked with as much or more than the vip chicks who'd been there all night. hehOriginally Posted by The Other Owner
That's because they're too busy trying to sell a room to guys who aren't buying it. I rarely even ventured upstairs most nights because I was too busy wearing trails to the couchroom downstairs. Most the guys hanging out upstairs are posers anyway. When I did go upstairs it was because I'd worked through the room downstairs and went up to grab a few dances from the guys who'd been worked up by other girls trying to sell them rooms they couldn't afford, while I allowed time for fresh meat to come in downstairsOriginally Posted by The Other Owner

K. I dunno who would miss me there, but if you say so. LOLOriginally Posted by The Other Owner
As a matter of fact, my new club does have a rather nice champagne room, entirely separated and even closed off from the rest of the club. Has a pretty comfy round couch too. And they have plenty of very nice champagnes that we can get drunk on while we laugh about how you're 1upping CP. When will you be here? Time to put up or shut up, I say.Originally Posted by The Other Owner

Sweetheart, I wasn't ignoring you, honestly, but I had very important plans out in Long Beach for one of those insanely long romantic weekends. We didn't do strawberries and champaigne this time, but we set a new record on mimosas, morning coffee in the nude and some really fantastic Australian Pinot Noirs. We also found a hole-in-the wall club in Long Beach, of all places, that turned out to be surprisingly fun.
Let me know your slow season and I'll come out and make your month. I promise.![]()

LOL. I think now is about as bad as it's gonna get for me. The coming winter is our busy season and I'm quitting this spring. For real. I've said it before, but this time it's serious. I don't think my knees will hold up longer than that.![]()
It's been a good run tho. *sigh*
I was thinking of going to this club while I was still in the area. I'm afraid the won't hire me thou because I'm a smaller figured girl and I think my dancing is good but I can't do all of those pole tricks. From the following description could someone tell me if you think I'd have a chance at getting hired here?
I'm 5'4 and 102 pounds. I have a nice tan and shoulder length hair. One of my best moves is being able to do a back bend in my high heels without any support and pulling myself back up. The other one is doing a backwards somersault (sp?) while doing my floor work. My flexibility is not where I want it to be yet but I can almost do a split. So, what do you think? When would be the best time to go in for an audition? Thanks!
Thanks! That makes me feel more confident!Originally Posted by Bridgette
