im probably going to give homemade candles... hubby and i recently learned how to make them, so thats what we're doing...

i like christmas, but at the saem time, i hate it, because my great grandma died 2 years ago on christmas morning, so i dont know if i'll ever been able to see it as anything other than a sad day...

Wow! Thaknks for for the suggestions and sites Rhi! You're the greatest I don't sew, but I like the basket idea. I'm sure I can learn to make candles and I've done bath salts before. I am a lovely little Betty Crocker, as much as I try to deny it, so I could always add my famous butter vanilla cookies.

^^^ Oh yes!!!! Homemade anything is good!

I'm making tons (literally about 15 lbs) of various chocolate candies this year.

Plus the traditional fudge, coated pretzels, and the PB chocolate covered crackers. Along with chex mix, and tons of other stuff.

Christams is the only time of year I actually get my "groove on" so to speak and churn out my best candy creations, lol.

"He will come in one of the pre-chosen forms. During the rectification of the Vuldrini, the traveler came as a large and moving Torg! Then, during the third reconciliation of the last of the McKetrick supplicants, they chose a new form for him: that of a giant Slor! Many Shuvs and Zuuls knew what it was to be roasted in the depths of the Slor that day, I can tell you!"

Well, it depends on who eats it, lol.

If my hubby eats it, he will loose 5 lbs, but if my neighbor eats it she will probably gain 25lbs, so that would probably put her at about 1/6 of a ton.

    Any more questions? LOL

I feel for you Lady; that must suck! My birthday is Dec. 23rd and I hate it-way too close to Christmas.

I haven't even started my Christmas shopping yet. The stuff that I need to buy online I am going to buy soon so that it gets here in time. I usually wait until 2 weeks or so before Christmas to hit the mall and buy whatever I need there.

Every year Christmas sneaks up on me way too quickly...I can't believe it's already Thanksgiving! Yikes!
