I found this amazing website that is SO easy to use, SO mulitfunctional and best of all free! It's for logging diet/exercise/weight/measurements/etc. It keeps track of EVERYTHING! You can add your own foods if they don't have something (I have found that they don't have the best food database as some other websites, but still pretty good!), you can also personalize everything to your diet, keep track of water intake and etc. It's so great! You can upgrade it and get specific diet plans and whatnot if you need that and they also have some message boards and other useful things. Overall I would say after EXTENSIVELY searching the internet for a diet and exercise website, this is by far the best. (plus, it's free)
