    Default sunburnt face

I'm a very pasty girl and I've been tanning about once a week to keep from looking like a ghost on stage. Most of the time I've kept my face covered or only let it get exposed for a minute or two. When I went today, however I left my face exposed the entire time because I wanted to help it blend in with the rest of my body. It's totally pink now (I know it just wasn't used to the exposure-I should have covered it part of the time). Does anyone have any advice on how to cover sunburn on your face? Thanks!

put lotion in fridge, apply to skin over and over again as the lotion dries.. This always works for me..
Of course Aloe is the best thing for sun burns...
do a search and you will find a ton of helpful hints..

Are you talking covering sunburn with makeup, or helping it heal?

If you're talking covering it w/ makeup, use a green or yellow corrector on the red areas ( a very light coat ) before applying foundation to cut down on the redness if you're not peeling. I would suggest a liquid formula if it's all over, rather than the thicker stick/creme formula. If you have more yellow or golden skin tones, go with the yellow as it will look more natural.

I just tried a light green base followed by my usual foundation. Thanks Kittenkat! It really worked and I no longer have a scary tomato face. I can go to work tonight now.

When my face gets burnt I pop a capsule of Vitamin E and smear it all over my face. It reduces redness and feels alot better. Works great.
