Ladies; how do you respond/react to a customer who talks crap about another dancer? Usually when I am at work I try to compliment other dancers (because I am being honest anyway) but sometimes a customer will make a negative comment about some other girl and im not sure how to respond.. I usually just shrug it off or ignore it. Not like it's a big deal or anything but I'm just curious..

"You don't have to say that, I know you like me!" 'Cause he might have a big jealousy complex and expect you to. I had this customer the other day who was complementing the other dancers and kept excusing himself -- "I'm sorry, not to be rude," etc. I kept assuring him that it wasn't rude and I could appreciate a nice ass me'self. :-)

When a guys starts talking about another girl, (this happens a lot in my club, we have two very big girls dancing) I tell the guy, hey every guy likes something different. I will also let him know that the fact that she is on the stage is good enough for me, it takes a lot to get up there. Then if it is a good song, I will ask him for money to tip her with.

I always have the same answer when somebody makes fun of another dancer, doesn't matter who she is... 'Don't say that - shes my friend!'

Then they get embarassed. Also impressed because it shows you don't have to gang up on another stripper to go along with him...

I just say, "oh, but she has a great sense of humor, and look at that ass!" or something along those lines.

I block it out, and switch the conversation to him and I.

I usually ask him to not talk in such a negative way about my co-worker.. no matter if I like the girl or not. That sort of thing is just not cool.

This happens a lot to me: I will be sitting by a customer and he will say something like "she's not as good looking as you" or he'll say something really bad about another dancer. I will usually say something good about the girl, like how great of a dancer she is, how pretty her eyes are, or something like that. One guy really was making me mad one night, and he wasn't spending much money on me, so when he said that another girl was nasty, I told him that he should look in the mirror and that the girl he was saying mean things about wouldn't have anything good to say about him either. He turned a lil red and shut up.

I hate it when guys do that. I usually say well, there's a woman here for every man. Or... well it's nice to have a variety of women in here, isnt it? Or I point out another dancer, and say, I think she has the best ass in here, etc to at least keep the conversation positive. Besides that, if you guide the customer into positive converstion, it helps your sales.

Oh yes... and the good ole, "Do you want me to tip her for you?" is fun fun fun. I love to tip other dancers. What goes around comes around.

Careful, I've had guys use that to go to the other dancers and say, "That stripper was saying smack about you," even if I just ignored them or tried to change the subject. They're either trying to gain the favors of other girls by buttering up, or starting a shit storm for entertainment, or both.

My favorite response: "Really? I've always been a little turned on by her. Someday I hope to find a customer who wants to take both of us to VIP at once."
