Do u guys typically put on a little weight and let go during the holidays????? i know i do..... yum i can't wait to eat turky and stuffing and everything else in sight... I can't even imagine trying to get in an outfit and dance on thanksgiving night.. i think i would look pregnant..

My wieght gain already happened so its just a little bit of everything for me. Even cutting the portions in 1/2 so I can have it all. I dont need to get any bigger or itll never go away.

^^^Me too, I've already put on a few pounds. I'm gonna enjoy Thanksgiving (we're eating in about an hour) and then get serious tomorrow (I mean it this time). I never go to the gym (too lazy), but I signed up for a Pilates class at the community college for the 3 weeks after Christmas, Mon-Fri, for 2hrs. Hopefully that will take care of holiday weight, plus give me one more credit.

Ironically enough, i have lost weight. I am not sure how and I am not happy with it. I like to stay around 125, but in the last week i lost 5 pounds. I am 5'6 and my doctor is concerned with my weight loss, but i told him, I eat.... alot, I must eat about 7 times a day and i usually snack as well. Maybe if i quit smoking.... and when i get my boobs done i can gain some of the weight back. I am gonna eat my ass off at work tonight though, everyone is bringing in food... i cant wait!
