Like stinky soles like the inside of your shoe? If so, try putting some deodorant on the soles of your feet. There's also natural salt rocks out there around the deodorant aisle that is supposed to work like deodorant. I have the same problem with my tennis shoes and cleats. I still haven't figured out how to fix it. My mom has been telling me to try cloraphyll pills because they naturally make the body smell better, but I haven't gotten around to trying that yet.

Soak your feet for an hour or so in a super-saturated solution of hot water and Epsom salts. Make sure the water is as hot as you can stand it so the Epsom salt fully dissolves. If you do this once a week or so, your feet won't stink anymore (and hence they won't stink up your shoes).

Feels really good too. Very relaxing!

I do the Epsom salt soaks too. Just don't go to work with a mineral ring line around your ankles. LOL
I have very sweaty feet (eewww) so I scrub my shoes with shampoo & put them in the sun or on the heater to dry out. There's also a powder-spray that comes in a tan can, can't recall the name. But it works.

Also, buy enzyme sprays from a pet supply store (the type to remove urine odor). i like Nature's miracle (some have a funky odor- this has a almost undiscernible natural citrus odor). I would spray that on to the insole, let dry naturally. Make sure it soaks in! You may have to treat it several times. This helped get rid of the stench that was my BF's birkenstocks... This helps really get rid of the odor.

sometimes, foot odor is inevitable if you sweat... Your shoes absorb sweat, and the bacteria in the environment and on your skin flourish, causing the odors.

Dryer sheets in your shoes.. also if you want a quick pick up you can heat up the sheets in your shoes with a blow dryer. Works every time.

If you wear old fashioned pumps, you can leave the sheets in the shoes when you work.

A girl I work w/ told me to put Dove soap bars in my boots. Well, they're in the boots, and I work tomorrow, so we'll see. She said something about the bars having odor-absorbing abilities--never heard of it before, but I'll try anything!

I've heard that using rosemary oil on feet is good for controlling odours.

I made some homemade Tendskin recipe I got from SW to use after shaving...but, when I was reading about the "real"stuff, it said that it can be applied to feet to control foor odor....

I use the natural deoderant rock thing on my soles. I have THE smelliest sweatiest feet in the world unfortunately, and the suede part of my heels, the part against my foot itself, has the imprint of my sweaty foot on it. Yuck. But that deoderant rock thing seems to help.

wipe your shoes out with baby wipes after you wear them, but before you do, try using a spray powder on your feet... they also come in lotion form... Liquid talc... it dries instantly and will keep your feet from sweating... also good to keep you feet cool and comfy since many of them are cooling lotions...
