Aloha,
I know I don't write much, but I've always respected the advice of the women on this board, and it helps me feel comfortable with a part of my life that my family and friends don't know exist. I danced in a few different clubs for a couple of years, and then I got sick and had a total burn out, but I used to love dancing. Now I am going to school in Hawaii and I am not being able to earn enough, but I'm not sure if I'm ready to start dancing again yet, and so I am hoping to be a waitress or something in a club here (I was thinking Centerfolds). The club's I've worked at have only had dancers and bartenders, and so I'm looking for any advice or hints, either in general or for specific Hawaii clubs. For instance... is it possible to be flexible like when I danced and tell them that I'm going out of town for the holidays? Do I still wear my dancing outfits and just not take them off? How is it different than waitressing at a resturant? I feel silly being nervouos about this, but I really am, and so any words of advice would be really appreciated. Thank you all, and Aloha.
