Revlon Colorstay
Maybelline's Long Wear foundation....I wore it all the time in college....has to be soaped off.
I second Revlon Colourstay. It stays put. I would have trouble getting all of it off, actually.

Color Stay agree! ^ It is a bitch to take off! sometimes i wash my face and scrub it I think its clean until I put some alcohol on cotton ball to see,but NOPE...still there!~ ughh.
I also hear some girls spray hairspray after base on face (haha Im rhyming) But I think that would make you break out,i dunno.

You need an oil-based cleanser to remove colorstay (or any silicone based long-wearing foundation). Silicone based ingredients are NOT water soluble. Use a veggie oil as a makeup remover (works well for eye makeup, too- just remember to remove your contacts first!). Massage veggie oil (less than a teaspoon for me) into your skin (eyes, too), (optional step- take a damp cotton pad and remove excess oil) and wash with a foaming cleanser. I prefer to just wash with a cleanser twice, first to remove excess oil and makeup, second time to get my skin clean.
Color stay is good but a BITCH to get off. I am having really good luck with Bare Minerals. It doesn't seem to rub off.

There's one by Maybeline it's called Matte Mousse & it comes in a little jar. All you have to do is put on a little bit and it covers alot, NON greasy and stays put. I like it.

I also agree with Revlon Colorstay. This stuff is awesome. It's cheap and not only does it really stay but it has really good heavy coverage. To get this stuff off use a really greasy cold cream and a small washcloth with warm/hot water then I also follow with a foaming facial cleanser afterwards and sometimes toner on a cotton ball.Originally Posted by Sirena
I've been using Bare Minerals for the last 3 or 4 years, and I love it...when I'm at work, I usually do use the hairspray trick also, but I spray my face both before and after I apply it. I let the before spray dry out completely before I put the makeup on, and I've gotten really good results with this. I haven't had any trouble with breakouts, either, though I've never tried the trick with anything but my powder foundations. Hope this helps!

What spray is this you girls keep mentioning? Please tell me it's not hairspray. That would feel sticky no?

REvlon color stay is good. I tested it out to see how well it would stay after i went in the water in theshower... a little came off... but not much at all.... way less than other ones.

i agree revelon colorstay is a good one that stays on but i cant stand the smell of it
the revlon colorstay, will it make me break out? I have to use Almay with the no oil and acne stuff in it because I have really sensitive skin and my cover up always makes me break outbut it just doesn't stay. I don't know if I should try colorstay ?
It shouldn't cause any breakouts. I've had very good luck with it. The only foundation that ever gave me a problem was Covergirl. Ugh. That stuff made me break out in the worst way, and I've never had bad acne. Steer clear of that stuff, whatever you do.
ColorStay is awesome.

Colorstay is oil-free. It doesn't have ingredients that are culprits of breakouts overall. just be sure to remove it well everynight. Anything left on the face and accumulated over tim can cause breakouts.
Color stay and dermablend both are long wearing and smudge proof. My only complaint is that they really leave you feeling dry. I have dry skin anyway, so using this makeup has be only an occasional thing.
