I went to see a nutritionist yesterday and she hooked me up with a free web site call: www.fitday.com It's an online food journal. You have to register and then you log in everything you eat and drink during the day and it will calculate the calories, fat, carbs, etc. It even gives you a pie chart so you can see your percentages. You need a little patience with ths site since you might not always get a hit when you type something in. i.e. I typed in sweet potatoes and didn't get a hit, but when I put in potatoes a whole list popped up. I've been having a tough time dropping a few pounds recently thats what sent me to the nutritionist, to see what I'm doing wrong. It seems that I don't get enough fiber in my diet. You need fiber to help boost your metabolisim (sp) and give you body something to burn. We'll see.
