Does anyone else get this. I smile alot when I work, sometimes though when I get home my muscles in my face really hurt. Some times they dont. I smile the same all days, why do the muscles hurt at times and others not? It's just weird to me.

If you're gonna suffer thru facial muscle aches, why not take up the trombone and get some additional skills out of it?
Try a few seconds of non-smiling every minute or two. You can build up any muscles, but while that is happening, you can't use it constantly.
I loved going to strip clubs; I actually made some friends there. Now things are different for the clubs and for me. As a result I am not as happy.
Customers are not entitled to grope, disrespect, or rob strippers. This is their job, not their hobby, and they all need income. Clubs are not just some erotic show for guys to view while drinking.
NOTE: anything I post here, outside of a direct quote, is my opinion only, which I am entitled to. Take it for what you estimate it is worth.
I smile a lot at work too. If I am smiling because I actually am happy or because someone makes me laugh, then my muscles don't hurt. But if I'm not in a good mood that night and am forcing a smile more, then my face muscles will hurt. If you force a smile, your facial muscles are working harder than if the smile is natural.
Maybe you need more potassium in your system...my muscles hurt when I don't have enough....eating bannanas is a quick way to put some into your system.
Potatoes are actually better sources of potassium than naners!

Eat both together!! hahahaha....well my face doesnt hurt but my othe muscles do.
I would say try massaging your face and doing face exercises too.
