Yes, it will. You just have to get used to it. In the meantime, that's why the good Lord gave us pancake makeup!

I'm taking a pole class right now too, so I sympathize. Sounds like a really cool trick you've learned! I'm still just getting the basic spins down.

YOur body has to build up an immunity so to speak, against the pole. I had a knot on the back of my knee for months until finally it went away and didnt come back. I know how bad it sucks! When customers ask about my bruises, I tell them "I am in an abusive relationship I cant get out of....... that pole" and I point to it. They get a kick out of it. Good luck!

Also, arnica gel! You can find it at most hippie food stores... it's a homeopathic gel, but it actually does INCREDIBLE things... I rub it on my bruises after they form, and they never even turn blue, just stay red for a day or two and then go away.

Another key thing to look into is taking a vitamin supplement with Vitamin K in it. I asked the pharmacist about my bruising and that's what was suggested to me! I haven't been taking it long enough to report any results, but hopefully it works! I look like a frickin' leopord!

Sorry hun, the bruising will go away eventually. You do need to start taking supplements tho. A daily multivitamin at least, but also anything that speeds up cell rejeneration. If it's hurting really bad you can take 2 Iboprfen and 2 Tylenol. I found that taking a combination made the pain go away more so then just taking one kind of pain reliever.

Have you tried SinEcch? It's a pretty strong brand of Arnica that you can use for injuries, or before/after surgery etc... Made by alpine pharmaceuticals. You can buy it online. It's about 38$ for a few days dose, but well worth it. It works for me every time. And I use the arnica gel too. Health food stores, and now even some GNCs carry the gel. The combo of the two has helped me with MANY bruises. Also try to stay away from aspirin products. They make the bruising worse it seems.

Also check with your Dr. to make sure your iron lvls are ok. If not that will make bruising easier.

We have a girl at work that looks like one big bruise, but she anemic and takes tons of iron and it's helped.

But if you have low iron you will bruise easier.
