No. Why would an American club spend time and thousands of dollars on filing fees (between $1000-2000), paperwork, and legal representation to sponsor one Australian stripper?

[QUOTE=mishabliss]Huhhum ? What are you implying about the US girls? And the US style of strip club?
Australians cannot get work visas for the US (in this industry). Its illegal for us to work there. We don't like our jobs at home to be taken over, why should they? Are you "lowering" yourself as a manager, to encourage this?[UNQUOTE]

Why would i be implying anything about u.s dancers?????
the entire reason i started this thread was so i could FIND OUT how they run the clubs, which would indicate that i have NO IDEA, therefore asking! i was simply saying that i've heard alot of girls on this forum mention a lot of dodgy clubs so whatever my friends decide to do and where to go, i could at least reccommend them some places to try because as naive 'tourists' they could get roped in very easily by dodgy people, i am not there manager anymore... if you had read carefully, i am a retired dancer who took over dance managing position for awhile a few years ago but as a FRIEND, they asked me to get some info coz they dont have the internet themselves and knew i visited this forum. i dont care how they get there, why they're going or anything else, i thought i'd be helpfull and ask a few simple questions on their behalf to find out if there were any clubs that would suit their style and WHAMM!!!! all the claws our out now aren't they?!?

and another thing... taking over????? i'm sorry, but three girls holidaying in a country of what, 350 million???? and i apologise if i dont fit your ideal 'manager 'but we used to WELCOME international guests into our clubs for variety and to show our hospitality

i thank goldcoastgirl and a few others for offering some helpful information but maybe i shouldn't bother anymore incase another pms'ing reader decides to take offense
