wow... it seems the answer to your question is "every stripper is shy."
go figure.

there are a bunch of strippers that did not answer this....many are not shy, naturally. They just had no reason to.
This is not a survey/poll.

It would be a mistake to assume that the responses here represent any kind of a majority. These are just the feelings of the women who felt like posting.Originally Posted by RS

I've become a lot less shy through dancing- I used to be cripplingly shy, but now I know how to put on the 'not shy' act, and am comfortable socially. ]
In fact, in knowing how to do that, I wouldn't term myself shy anymore...just a bit antisocial![]()
Feature costumes for sale!

The weird thing is, outside of the club, I'm not particularly shy. I don't care what most people think of me. Random stranger doesn't like me? Too bad for them. In the club, it feels like higher pressure, because if a random stranger doesn't like me, it's too bad for ME. :-(
I was being sarcastic... sorry I didn't use the sarcastic smilie (whichever one that is).Originally Posted by yoda57us

I am not shy ...I would say uncomfortable at first if I'm not focused on my game/hustle. Some nights/days I have a hard time getting in the groove..but once I'm on..I'm on. I don't like younger guys..I have nothing to say and like older guys 45+..Younger guys under 24 are not worth my time for the most part.

why's that? what about younger guys with shitloads of cash? cash coming out their ears?Originally Posted by HolidayOnStage
I used to be extremely shy but dancing has helped me out a bit. I'm mainly only shy around new people that I have an interest in or really sexy guys or girls at work (I think cute girls more). Other than that it's pretty easy for me to talk to guys unless i get rejected all night.. that makes me start feeling shy again.Originally Posted by JC2006

Im not usualy shy at all, But if my friends drop in the club while im up on stage I will get a little shy cause im only new and not as good as alot of the dancers and I can only do 3 pole tricks =p.
i get really shy when im dancing for really good looking guys.... nervous as well.. i usually need a few shots to chill out... haaa... if im into someone i clam up, but then i try to tell myself to chill out, its one out of a million guys i'm dancing for...
Kamryn, the secret is to dance for old ugly guys like me who have lots of money. You then have no reason to be nervous and you go home with a stuffed garter at the end of the night. Problem solvedOriginally Posted by KamrynAnne

Once again I have embraced my addiction and have put off the moral dilemma to another day.
ha FBR..... true i suppose... what makes u think you're ugly???
Ok..well forget about the ugly partI am older but unintimidating and generous. I was just trying to make a point. Make your money off the guys who appreciate your good looks and dancing skills etc (and pay you accordingly) as opposed to those fellas who also think you are hot but probably want to date you (ie: stop giving you money)
