Where are you located? That might help us think of ideas. Also, I hope you are/were a dancer and not just another guy looking to make a buck off our hard work.
i am in the dallas area and sweetheart i am a woman and yes i have danced before. this is a female owned business baby. the only thing guys should do is pay not boss.
I would have guessed you could have been male to, because the majority of people wanting to open or ask about their business are men on here.Originally Posted by tmoneytimeharris

As for the party...did you not have everything planned out before the date? That would make sense!
Wishing you luck,
Pamela
I still don't see whats wrong with being a man, and wanting to make money. Be it either a man or a woman, the BOSS is gonna make money, why does it matter what sex they are?

"Sexy...sexy as hell"

I don't see that gender makes a difference either. I do say that DANCING EXPERIENCE makes a difference.
Men and women both who have not been dancers have a tendency to think "Oh -- it's magic! The naked lady takes her titties out, and then there's MONEY!" and mostly, that's what they're thinking when they try going into business. People who've been strippers are more likely to know what they're talking about. :-)

Yes, you're right. It is dancing experience that makes the difference, not the gender. Although private dancing for males differs A LOT than private dancing for females, as far as I've heard. I don't know many make dancers, sorry about that. Yay! I'm glad to hear that you were a dancer, though. It just seems like when you're a dancer, everybody wants a chunk of your money, and I'm getting tired of it (except for kickass agencies like the one I work for). Good luck with your new business tmoneytimeharris. I'd say pay go-go dancers for your party....if you haven't already done this. That way, it's something sexy, but not an all out nude show. If you can get the girls who'd be working for you, that would be an awesome preview for everyone. Another idea to burn your company name into people's heads is to hand out something sexy with your label one it (ie: massage lotion) as favors.
