    Default fake hair....good or bad?

hey i am bi racial and have very stubborn short hair...i can straighten it all day and it wiil still look "nappy". however, this week i got a extension ponytail clip. it matches my hair color perfectly but the texture is off..but it's not really noticeable. should i wear this when i audition? do you know anyone at work who wears fake ponytails or wigs? dies it effect their earning? i would like some advice or insight in to trying this.

Sure wear it!!!! Lots of dancers and not have auditioned and danced party etc. with a clip on pony in!!

Men like different looks on us! This will not hurt you, i think it will help.

Play with it in the mirror, find a way to wear it with hair bands and clips also!

    Good luck,

Most of the girls wear fake hair. Just make sure you buy a couple of styles so that your look doesnt get old.

Go ahead and wear it. One of the girls at my club has tons of different wigs and clip-in ponytails, and she wears a different one every night to change up her look.

I had a GF a couple years ago with long, lustrous hair...and when she was feeling particularly dramatic, she would clip in an extension to add even more.

    I loved it.

    Two cents.

If the texture is WAY off try putting a product in it like a MATTE pomade or wax. You can also try a little hairspray to "mess" it up a little. This will take away that shiny, fishing line look that synthetic hair has.
