after researching, i've decided to go on the master cleanse for a few days, just to try it out. the results sound very beneficial. but i was wondering, if any of you have tried it, did you encorporate exercise with it also? i work out at least 5 days a week at least an hour a day and just was wondering if the cleanse might affect that.
any additional thoughts or suggestions about the master cleanse would be appreciated as well. it's gonna be hard to not eat any food!!haha....thanks everyone!
