Default Flattering outfits for a boyish build?

I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions for flattering my body shape. I have the stereotypical "straight" build--less defined waist, almost no hips/ass, long skinny legs. (I'm pretty well-endowed in the chest area, though.) I've become more self-conscious of my lack of waist and flat ass lately, and I thought some new costumes might make me feel better.

Does anyone have the same body type? What works best on you?

Flared skirts add curves to your hips. Off-the-shoulder tops widen your chest area and create more of a contrast to your waist width.

Oh, that sounds like good advice! This would probably be a good cut then? (First time trying to attach a picture... hopefully it'll work.)

    Oh wow, yes! That's adorable!

I have the opposite problem - huge hourglass, with wide shoulders and big childbearing hips with a smaller (though not tiny) waist. I can never find pants that fit and all the clothes I like make me look like Big Momma. I guess I like to work nude because I really do just look better nekkid.

Thanks for the advice! I found a few more things that follow what you said, and funny enough, I found a lot of funny costumes with that cut! Here are the regular outfits... (One is really similar to the first one I posted.)

...and here are some of the costumes, hehe! (I'm not much of a costume girl, but hey, maybe it's a sign!)

    A carebear!
    A cowgirl
    A French maid
    A southern belle
    A pirate!

Oh, and Yekhefah, I'm so jealous of people with your body type. If only I had a waist! I think my problem is that I'm so out of proportion. With my LONG legs, I have a really short torso (the bottom of my ribs is like, 3 inches from my hip bones), so there's practically no ROOM for a waist!

A girl I work with has the pink ruffly two piece you've got pictured. She has a boy waist (a belly really), but the rest of her is in amazing shape. The outfit isn't personally for me, but it flatters her figure remarkably well (draws attention to her arms and legs, which are very toned).
