I keep seeing threads here about how to get back at a mean dancer, etc "Oh just put visine in her drink" and I finally looked it up: folks, don't put visine in people's drinks. It can be lethal or nearly lethal. It does not actually cause diarrhea.

Good to post this. Besides, it's a waste of Visine, which is expensive...Ex-Lax is cheaper. LOL

my cousin told me about the eye drop thing years ago and I am so afraid to drink anything at the club i am going to start at because these girls are going to be pissed about me stepping onto their grounds. Now I read this, I am NOT drinking anything but bottled water. That is sealed when i get it

I know this isn't a real life example but I remember once on CSI a girl in a strip club died after having a reaction to visine that someone put in her drink for revenge!

^ Ah, gotta love police primetime dramas finding excuses to throw strip clubs & strippers into the storyline.

CSI usually does a good job with most stuff. They SOMETIMES do a good job with strippers. Other times, it's ". . . the LIFE of SIN!" The episode with the "strippermobile" was really the stupidest thing ever.

The original CSI... One of the girl CSIs used to be a stripper, while she went through CSI school. Catherine Willows (Marg Helgenburger) (?). They did a good job with her story line, I think.

I know... the media just loves propogating that stigmatization of strippers and prostitutes and how we are all criminals, thugs, and low life right? All a bunch of BS...

    I hate the media.

Don't EVER do anything poisonous to anyone. Even if you want to do the meanest thing, you will get caught. Someone will know something. And if that person dies, you will be hunted down mercilessly forever.
I loved going to strip clubs; I actually made some friends there. Now things are different for the clubs and for me. As a result I am not as happy.

Customers are not entitled to grope, disrespect, or rob strippers. This is their job, not their hobby, and they all need income. Clubs are not just some erotic show for guys to view while drinking.

If cases like that keep happening, it's going to become a prescription drug.

Imagine explaining to your doctor, Well, I like to get high before going into work, so can I get a pescription of visine please?

    That would be interesting!

Here's one. Tried and true. A little background info... Had a roommate a few years ago who would NOT stop stealing our food from the fridge in the middle of the night. Her favorite thing to do was drink milk in small amounts from our jugs. We even kept a permanent marker in the kitchen for the sole use of marking the level of the milk and other food containers when it went back into the fridge/cabinets. All of our efforts--even confronting her directly--produced no remorse on her part nor any change in her behavior. This went on for months.

We'd had enough. Went to Walgreens. One bottle of Epicac Syrup. (induces vomiting). One box of little chocolate wafers of Exlax. One quart of chocolate milk. We knew she couldnt resist the milk. So... we poured a coffee cup full of chocolate milk and into that put 12 doses of the exlax chocolate wafers. We nuked the chocolate milk/exlax combo in the microwave and kept stirring until it had dissolved. Then in went a half a bottle of epicac syrup. We poured it back into the original container after I took a sip. Still tasted like chocolate milk! She ended up drinking HALF of the bottle of chocolate milk! She had it coming from both ends for almost two days. It made us feel a lot better.

    Karma is a BITCH.

Hey you guys, I'm not sure if anyone is still reading this thread, but I graduated from EMT school a little while ago and visine will KILL you. It's not a joke. Visine is the same as drinking a cap of turpintine - it turns your liver hard as a rock and doesn't matter if you get to the ER in time, enough visine is LETHAL within a day. Please do not put this in other dancers drinks or drink your own drink if it has been alone. Visine will kill you, it's not a myth or an urban legend. Please be careful.

Yep, and as and EMT you should also know that epecac can kill you in large doses also...it can be lethal.

I just believe that no matter how angry you get there are other ways to deal with the problem...

Risking another persons health and planning to do harm to someone is considered a felony. Be careful when you do stuff like this. If the person is seriously injured or dies... it will come back straight to you. It is just not worth it.

The pH thing... I used that in freshman chemistry lab for a concentration test. It's a wonder that I got the molar equivalent exactly right. (Lousy as a precision test)

Sodium citrate (prescription, not safe for everyone) and taken with lots (and lots, like a quart) of water will make your insides explode in an hour or two. The prescription bottle tastes pleasant like a very fizzy soda. But it will hurt some people chemically. Too bad, it's very effective. In fact scarey. But don't be tempted.
