I've been dieting for about 3 weeks now. I put myself on a low-fat and low-calorie diet. I gave up fast food and almost anything fattening I can think of that I used to eat. Mostly been eating vegetebles, some fruit, drinking non-fat milk, other stuff with a low amount of calories according to the nutrition label. I've also tried to devide it into smaller frequent meals so my metabolism is always working or whatever. The first week or so I obviously lost weight and inches. However, I can't seem to lose any more weight now even though I haven't cheated on my diet. Do I need to eat even less calories or do a lot more exercise? Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
