Hi,
Can anyone tell me few of the topless bars that were around the dallas, texas area in the 70's and 80's. I am trying to remember a few clubs that has came and gone, but having a hard time. Thank you,

First, tell us about the ones you remember.
"Peter, did you take Stewie to a strip-club? He smells like sweat and fear." - Lois and Stewie (Family Guy) ... "Through early morning fog I see, Visions of the things to be, The pains that are withheld for me, I realize and I can see..."
Geno's ( world famous), caligula XVI, don showtime, faces, pt's. and thats it. there are others but i cant remember them. if you know any please tell me. thank you,

Well, i'll have to think about this some more. I remember where there use to be some clubs but i am drawing a blank on names.
1)In the early 90's there use to be a club at lovers lane and greenville across the street from Tom Thumb. Called "Wild Orchid", i think. For years in the 80's, the same building seemed to have a different dance club name every year before becoming a topless club.
2)There was a topless club for a few years on Greenville between Million Dollar and (the old) "The Fare". It was across the street from that fire station.
3)in early 90's there was a topless club in Addision near the Tollway of all places. I heard there was some fall out with the owner and lenders/investors and it closed after a year or so and became a pizza joint.
Geno's was old school for sure. Caligula XVI burned down (rumored was) by a fired manager. Faces was kinda new. PT's was old school. Is DollHouse still near the Medallion Center at Abrams/Northwest Highway? There were clubs downtown before my time such as "Carousel".

Baby Dolls was once off of Northwest Hwy by Bachman Lake. That was before everything got shut down over there. There were also two very small clubs in a strip center at the corner of Timberline and Northwest Hwy. Small as in they would hold 15 customers only if most were standing. There was a club by Love Field once called The French Quarter.
