    Default Starting out in Montreal

I've given a lot of thought to dancing and finally feel like it's about time I take the plunge. I'm going to be spending the summer living on my own in Montreal, so I just had a few questions about starting off in that city....

For those of you who are familiar with the city, can you recommend any clubs that are good for a girl who's new to the stage?

I'm planning on starting at the end of this semester (in april). what should I do in the next 4 months to make sure I'm ready?

How much money should i expect to make on an average night? (after stage fees, tip out etc)

I'm comfortable with people touching my body, but should i start off with no contact clubs anyways?

How much french should i be familiar with? I'm fairly fluent in day-to-day conversation, but I'm sure there's stripping vocab I should pick up. Do I have to be bilingual?

Any last minute advice would be great! None of my close friends are dancers, so I don't really have anywhere else to ask these questions. Thanks so much for humoring me!

    Welcome to Stripper Web

Finding work in Montreal SCs is very easy and tip outs are generally quite low (10-25$). On the other hand, 98% of the clubs have 10$ lap dances so it's lower than most north american cities where the standard is usually 20$ dance. You can still make decent money though, and if you like dancing it could be the thing for you.

Regarding clubs, there are a few no-contact clubs (3 if memory serves me right). They are the "high end" clubs in the city and looks are an important factor in getting hired.

The rest of the clubs in town are contact clubs. Most are regular level of contact (little grinding, not too much), some are known to be a bit more liberal (lots of grinding & groping, licking). The vast majority of them though are regular level IMO and IME.

You shouldn't have much problems speaking only english if you work the SCs in downtown Montreal. The clientele is varies with locals being both french and english plus these clubs get the majority of travel business, also english speaking.

For no contact look up: Chez Paré, Wanda's and Super Sexe
Downtown reg contact clubs: Le downtown, Gentlemen's club, Kama Sutra, l'Axe

As for getting ready, visit a club or two to get an idea of what kind of dancing to do on stage then get some heels and practice at home! Dance in your heels to get used to them and able to walk comfortably, I would wear them longer and longer each time. It greatly helped avoid crazy foot pains after my first shift.

I practiced at home in front of the mirror for a couple of weeks and when I finally went in for my first shift, no one believed that I was new to dancing!

Good luck and PM me for more info if you want

I just started dancing in the smaller towns just a little outside the city. I was thinking of heading near downtown this spring. . .any suggestions for good places to work at are greatly appreciated
