What kinds of clubs are there to work at?

Okay, so I have heard about upscale, Gown, blue collar, white collar etc...

Can anyone tell me the difference between all of these?
And also if you are able to, how to spot them?

I live in Sacramento and there aren't many clubs to choose from and I would like to work in a Gown or Upscale club.

    Any Ideas?

these phrases just have to do with how classy a club looks. blue collar is more working class guys, where i live this means they expest more personality less looks and the clubs are more layed back, less house fees, no dress code, and often less money on average but some girls can still bank if they get a good club and can sell (this is the type of club i work at now) white collar means most of the cutomers are office type professionals. in my experence they are very cheap or very generous, not much in between. but ive heard this is not the case in sac. and there are some good clubs there like this. the clubs will be nicer looking, so will the girls, mabey a dress code, and higher fees because the girls average more. ive never worked at a gown club, it seems to picky. gown just refers to the dress code and gowns are expensive so its harder to start dancing because you need to pay more up front for costumes, money can be very good and high house fees usualy.

before i danced i thought the nicer clubs would mean the girls are treated better but i havent found this to be true, my tiny club now has great managment and most of the girls get along ok. chech places out your self, see if the girls are treated good when spoken to by the staff, and see how the girls let customers talk to them. some places really look out for the girls and some places your really on your own.

you should read the club reveiws, it seems like sac. is a good area to work, i might check it out myself when i go to cali.

I have danced in all kinds of clubs, and in my experience, upscale gown clubs can mean more hustle, more competition and (sometimes) catty girls to work with, more lapdances and VIP, less stage money, and yes, higher fees. Small hole in the wall clubs can be more stage money less privates, since you work with only a few girls per shift, in some cases only 1 or 2 more, and are up onstage more often. Small ones can be more laid back and more fun, and you can have more creative control with outfits and music (if there's no dj and you play your own). i've gotten more regulars in small clubs. If you look like an upscale type dancer, but go work in a small club, you can stand out and bank on that, with less stress.

I used to live in Sac and I worked there back in 2002. I worked at City Limits and Risky Business. I remember liking CL because it was busier and more relaxed there. They dont have gown clubs in Sac or super upscale ones. I used to know a girl who worked at RB and gold club centerfolds and she always banked at GCC.
From what I remember GCC is pretty tough as far as co workers...but a good $$ environment.

Gown clubs- always have to wear a gown/dress
Blue collar- imo regular workin guys
White collar- again imo guys how have guys work for them

I avoid blue collar clubs like the plague, but that's just me.
