    Search Weight gain

    Has any women here ever had a problem gaining weight? I know alot of women have trouble losing weight but I have an extremely high metabolism and a natural disinterest in eating alot but I want to be volumptuous. I dont like being small at all. Im about a size 1 to 3 now. I want to be at least a size 7.

    Does anyone else have this problem or any solutions?

    I have that problem, and I really dont ever gain more than 10 pounds... max. Go talk to a doctor and find out what you can about why you dont gain, and HEALTHY ways to try to fix that.

    the answer to wight gain is carbs + fat , but they must go together otherwise the fat is not absorbed.

    ice cream
    pasta with cream sauce
    baked potato with sour cream

    try drinking carnation instant breakfast or ensure WITH your meals (3 a day)

    or go to one of those vitamin work out places that help guys bulk up...I'm assuming they don't just give you muscle...they probably add weight while you're working out?

    If you are trying to put on a little fat the best time to eat is right before bedtime. How about a big plate of pasta with a creamy white sauce? Bread drenched in olive oil. Yum.
