whoisnext
I got an offer from a company called whoisnext. The guys have to take an HIV test within 30 days of the shoot or wear condoms for penetration. Oral is without condoms. How safe is this?

Re: whoisnext
Oral sex....not safe without protection. Use a Dental Dam, Flavoured condom. But i would not do it with no protection. As for the guys taking a test 30 days before the shoot, what if a guy goes and and has sex before the shoot comes up? I sooo hate that "rule" it does not protect anyone imo. Have the guys always wear a latex condom, and forget oral if he does not want to protect the both of you.

Re: whoisnext
Ugh, I had an offer from a company who needed BJ work. I asked them if condoms were used and he said "Hell no, nobody wants to watch a girl sucking on a rubber!"
Yeah.....and I feel sorry for the girl he actually got to do it....

Re: whoisnext
The H.I.V. test isn't the most acurate of tests anyway, added to the fact that there is a "window" period where H.I.V. can go undetected for months.
To make oral sex safer they advise here not to clean your teeth beforehand - I forget how long before hand though...
Info should be here though

He can be HIV positive and not test positive for at least a couple months.

Re: whoisnext
The real world as I hear it is the hiv test is two weeks for good results and there is only a one out of a hundred chance of aids from oral sex. Is there anybody out there doing gang bangs who can give me some good info?

Re: whoisnext
1 out of 100 is still high when you're talking something like AIDS. Just like the birth control pill.98% effective, small chance of getting pregnant, but it happens

Re: whoisnext
Newer STD tests have gotten more reliable and can indeed pick up a person newly infected with the HIV virus, within weeks of exposure. As others have pointed out though, a 30 day old test is no garantee that the person tested has remained safe between the time of the test and the time of the shoot. In fact, in the porn industry this is the most common reason for an outbreak. Actor/Actress X is tested and cleared for the next 30 days, engages in unsafe sex and contracts a disease, then spreads it to other actors/actresses in their following shoots.
Regarding the safety of unprotected oral sex, first off HIV is no where near the big danger that many think it to be, certainly not 1 in 100! To this day, there are still no fully confirmed cases of HIV transmition through oral sex either way. There are one or two cases that it is highly believed to be the source of transmition but it still hasn't been proven conclusively. Even if you were to factor in those cases, the statistics are incredibly low for HIV transmition in oral sex. It is theoretically possible and so should still be a concern but there are far more other things to worry about with unprotected oral sex than HIV.
Of greater concern with unprotected oral sex is the chance of contracting: hepatitis B, gonnorea, herpes and I'm quite certain that clamydia and papiloma virus (if not more) are also included. The rates of such infections and transmitions through oral sex in the past decade have increased dramatically, it's staggering and definitely much more of a concern than the actual chance of contracting HIV.
