The dove babypowder deoderant after you shave is AMAZING. The redness goes away right away, the bumps are gone and no it does not sting. Plus it keeps your kitty feeling fresh![]()

Doesn't really matter. Just think of it like when you shave your underarms. My arms don't burn once I apply the deodorant, and neither does the CinammonOriginally Posted by Mesmorized113

ok whoever it was that came up with that deoderant thing... AMAZING.
i was a wax devotee but got soooo sick of waiting for it to grow blah blah.
yesterday i did the ol' shave and used the invisible speed stick deoderant... no sting, no marks, no red bits, no bumps.

how fucking exciting is that!!!!!! << only an ex/stripper could get her thrills over that

The deodorant works wonders, and also makes the skin feel soft and smooth. Cally, you are so right about the Dove! Just recently switched to that one and my bf actually commented on how nice my kitty smelled!Originally Posted by Cally

Ok, I tried the deoderant for about a month and got ingrowns--which I had never gotten before so I'm pretty sure it is from using the deoderant. I also didn't notice any improvement in razor bumps. Hmm...

Not sure if you ladies realize this but deoderant almost always has aluminum in it. It makes your pores close up so you sweat less. Many people have metal allergies and don't know it. I myself have to use all natural deoderant because I'm allergic to aluminum. It makes my skin peel off. Yuck! At any rate your supposed to wait several hours after shaving to apply deoderant anyway. I know some girls get great results from it but some of you may want to be careful. Kitties are sensitive .
