Default Bumrungrad in Thailand? Or any other doctor recommendations!

I’ve heard that they should have some awesome doctors who make some fantastic boob jobs but do any of you have any experience with them?

    http://www.bumrungrad.com/

Price and location is not really a matter to me so if any of you have recommendations please let me know! I’m going from a A to a D so it’s a bit drastic and I would die if somebody molested my boobs hehe.

I’m also considering Joel Studin in New York but I would love it if you can recommend some!

bumrumgrad. thats where i went. twice i highly reccommend the place. i know i had massive problems (maybe do a search) but that wasnt the docs mistake ,it was mine.

beautiful hospital.marble floors excellent nurses, and staff.almost everyone there speaks english.many of the surgeons studied in america.and terasit sripandulkchai (that was my BA doc) was great and his assistant was sooo cool. i really feel at home in that place. ill always go back their for procedures.
imo u get the surgery and an amazing holiday in a beautiful place. thai culture is very welcoming and beautiful.

thats just me tho. many many people ive met hate bkk with a passion!!

emily, i reccommend them because i believe they did an excelelnt job. they are a great hospital and i trust them- the mess us i had were not the fault of the docs in thailand. they were from my own stuidity, and the asshole docs in aussie....lol

Dr. Teerasit did mine too. I love them. They look exactly like they did pre-op, just much fuller. Most people can't tell they're not real (not even by feel, I went from a C to DD).
Bumrungrad is a beautiful hospital and it was nice to spend the first 2 days after surgery in an actual hospital. Round the clock nurses and morphine!

I chose Bumrungrad because it was the closest facility to me when I lived in Guam. But even 10 days post, travel was difficult and it was a bit frightening not having my doc nearby in the following months to check my progress. So I wouldn't necessarily recommend traveling anywhere for surgery, if you have a good surgeon close to your home.

If you choose to go to Thailand, take time out prior to surgery to enjoy the country. It's fascinating and the food is amazing. There is a decent and very reasonable hotel 1 1/2 blocks from B.H. called the Zenith. That's where I stayed for 3 weeks.

    Well good luck!

well it seems that flying there and getting the breast augmentation package will still cost less than getting done in CA! I will definitely consider this as an option!

So girls travel because it's cheaper right? Do these wonderful docs do lipo or any other cosmetic procedure? I'm not interested in BAs, nor in anything necessarily right now--but eventually.

mermaidnz..good point, but i am still very interested in it. Did you have any specific health concerns there? Did you have to get immunizations before going?

fancygirl- they do anything and everything at bumrungrad. check out the link at the top of the thread. remember thailand has a very high proportion of hot looking girls who were guys..imagine how good their surgeons can be

i assume most travel there for surgery due to the cost. thats why i went. a BA generally costs about $1300usd....lasik eye surgery $1500usd, uhh rhinoplasty is about $1500usd...give of take a few hundred.

you do not need to get any immunisations before going!! unless your planning on going bush before or after surgery! haha

i personally trust that place with my life. as iv said before,i will always go back there.

Hi Mermaidnz! Yeah, I'm back stateside. My fiance's got out of the military, so we're back home.

As far as traveling for surgery because it's cheaper...that was not my motivation. Bumrungrad was the closest hospital with a well qualified surgeon within a 10hr. flight of Guam. A flight to and from the states would have been 24-30hrs. for me at the time. Very hard on the body when you're in perfect health.
I wouldn't recommend bargain shopping for surgery. Do your research and spend the $ if need be. It's not like shopping for an item. It's your body and you have to live with it for the rest of your life!

They look real nice ! What happened after ? I know I've seen on here that you had some complications ?? It wasn't from the Thailand surgery ??

if you want to see how they look now, just find me in the gallery
be warned its not so pretty- well, they look great when my arms are down, the nasty pics are of me flexing *shudders*

no,i do not believe my complications were any part of my surgeons fault.as far as im concerned,i took stupid risks, such as shopping, and doing pole tricks after just 2 weeks.i was at fault. teerasit was excellent, i went back to him to fix it all up.

yep, they have been fine for the past year and a half...the scarring is pretty bad,but again that was my fault.i went bigger after my first op.and had the cut under the breast,oh yeah and got silicone instead of saline,so the insision was massive.

Yes I’ve thought about that too. We also have some excellent ones in Denmark, but most of the surgeons I have talked to makes a weird face when I mention that I would like to go from an A to a D and are like: “So you wanna look like a stripper?”
Eek! I think they are more used to non-stripper women getting implants like from like a B to a C and many of them say it’s really difficult going from and A to a D, but I’ve seen some amazing boob jobs on women who has done the same so I don’t think it’s impossible. But I will definitely keep looking here in Denmark, as it would be the easiest.

yeah,if i were you id stick to denmark, and find a doc who will go as big as you want.

even teerasit wouldnt let me get bigger then 450cc and that was only after i had had 325cc and wanted bigger. i was pissed,i wanted more too. but they do try and persuade yu to stay smaller for your health etc...
