actually, you can get a boob job at a substantially reduced net cost if you get 'professional sized' implants ... thus qualifying the plastic surgery cost as a business expense tax deduction. This is typically worth anywhere between 25% and 50% of the out-of-pocket cost of the surgery. Of course, the IRS defines 'professional sized' implants at 1000cc + (each).

I never knew that! But why do "professional sized"have to be SO BIG?! If you're a stripper and you need bigger boobs, doesn't that qualify whether you get 300 cc or 750 cc or 1500 cc? I could physically never fit 1000 cc in my body! That's a pretty absurd rule!

    The IRS loves big boobs.

Melonie knows A LOT about breast augmentation. I'm sure she'd be happy to share pics of her journey to huge tittytown.

    ^ Agreed pretty

1000 cc breasts are big, but they do look good on "professional entertainers" I guess that's why the IRS let's you deduct as a professional expense, since you are investing in your body as an entertainer. Too many women have these large D cup breasts, so there has to be a way to differentiate the pros.

from reading your posts, you seem really really desperate to get your boobies. but I cannot urge you enough to please thoroughly research this... it's surgery, do not just go to ANYONE. when it comes to plastic surgery, you should not cut corners. It's all about finding the right dr for you and having realistic goals. don't expect to get fake boobs and all of a sudden work nights/wknds and start banking. it's really not that simple.
financing boobs might put you in a worse situation than you are now, because you wind up paying more due to the high interest of the loan and if you don't really wind up making a significant amount more at work after surgery, then you spent allll that money when you really didn't need to.

just work your butt off and save. sit down, figure out a weekly income goal so that you know what you need to be making in order to pay your bills and have money left over to save... then figure out how long it'll take to save the cash so you have a realistic time frame. then hustle your butt off and reach your goals. I know easier said than done, but honestly.. it's the best solution.

I don't know if you went through with it or not but I used Medchoice to finance part of my BA. My surgery is set for 3/17/10. Has anyone else financed through this company?

Having it be so expensive though, how do you afford it?

Are there any places where you can get loans for plastic surgery? I have heard of that, but dunno if it's actually worth looking into.
Alot of the plastic surgeons have financing options. in Canada we have medicard and creditmedical some get a loan from thier banks for a cheaper rate. Just like shopping around for the right plastic surgeon you have to shop around for the right payment method.

Just make sure your plastic surgeon/cosmetic surgeon is certified I have noticed a few girls in the biz who recently got implants went to surgeons who aren't
