I just did a search on i-tunes and you're right..Evanescence doesn't exist on i-tunes. Weird
they have the karaoke sing like evanescence shit tho..ugh
I know that a while ago, songs from Evanescence's album were put up on I-Tunes before the album was even released. They had them taken down. They, along with other bands do not want their songs put up on I-Tunes, because they believe that their albums are collective pieces of work, and they want people to buy the whole albums, and not just download a few songs online from them.
Hey, there's always Limewire if you want to be evil like the rest of us.

If your afraid of being caught being evil, there is ripcast. One time registration of $18 - just one fee for me and multiple children on multiple pc's. The ability to rip music from 8 stations at once of musical genre's that suit you. No file sharing issue - no legal issue. Good quality rips! After 1 day you can find the stations that play what you want. The only issue is the time spent deleting what you don't want. I wanted xmas music to play for xmas. 5 hours of ripping produced 500 xmas songs - one hour of editing cut the list to 120 xmas songs of my liking. Made for a happy cranky old bastard on xmas day. Doesn't make you all warm inside!

what would I do without file sharing? you can find their stuff there no problem...
^Exactly.. Same here.
file sharing is illegal and i strongly suggest that anyone who knowingly robs from the artists by sharing files, stop and also go to church and confess your sins
^Says the sinner who can always be found on Limewire...
Heh.
soulseek baby soulseek!
Shoot me a link for that, will ya?
Spank ya, Pappy.

and just for the record, I did order some CD's on friday so I am not a total sinner... of course that's just because I couldn't find all the songs online, and I tried for a month straight, lol
thanks dlabtot...
I buy the occassional cd or dvd, but it's becoming rareer and rarer these days, the prices on good shit is rediculous

CDs are price-fixed. They have not learned much over the years, since they and supplying drugs to handicap their signed artists in the 60s and started producing warped and noisy vinyl LPs in the mid-70s. The recording industry largely is in self-destruct mode.
I loved going to strip clubs; I actually made some friends there. Now things are different for the clubs and for me. As a result I am not as happy.
Customers are not entitled to grope, disrespect, or rob strippers. This is their job, not their hobby, and they all need income. Clubs are not just some erotic show for guys to view while drinking.

well i'll be in church with everyone else on here
you can find me on limewire and soulseek lol
speaking of which.... bck to what i was doing
shit i didnt know people actually used itunes.
Oooh! Thanks for the link. I'm downloading it right now. And, I'm right there with you. I'm not a total sinner, and my CD collection reflects that. I'm one of those who download a song or two from an album. If I like those, I'll get the CD. I started downloading because I got tired of buying the album because I liked one song, and then found that the rest of the songs on the CD sucked ass.Originally Posted by dlabtot

I sample, but I still buy CD's. The quality when I rip myself seems to be better. Fewers pops, better bit-rate. Plus, I do alot of random impluse shopping, where something will catch my eye, but it's not something I would have ever thought to download (like my last trip where I ended up with a T.Monk disc).

I did use winmx, but you never know what your really getting. I have waited and waited for a song to download and it was wrong or it was the live cut. I have even got the guy I got it from singing it with the music insted of the singer. So I will pay for it on itunes it's fast and safe. I don't think ipods will play any other kind of download with it?

What frustrates me about itunes is that they sometimes carry tracks on an album but not the whole album. This is especially irritating for live albums. For example, I lost my double-CD set of Pink Floyd's Delicate Sound of Thunder album. This CD has a lot of cool memories for me because I was actually there. Anyway, I thought of downloading the album off of itunes but they only carry about three tracks on that CD which is really lame. Leave it to Apple to screw up a good thing. Those morons could screw up a wet dream.

To answer your question....the song is Hot Cherie by Hardline

I was gonna say it I have the song on my computer if ever you can't find it. (Hot cherie)
ITunes does have some stupid-assed flub-ups. I want 2 songs by Bad Company, but I don't want the 5 minute live versions, and that's all they have!Plus they don't have the Michel'le song "Hang Time." They have the GD "Hucklebuck" but no Bad Company, WTF!?!?!
