just wanted to let y'all know that you have inspired me. i really want to dance, and i've decided that not only would i need to be in better shape (i.e., more stamina, strength) to do that, i'm going to lose some lbs. i'm taking tonalin and i've started paying attention to my diet, counting calories, eating whole grains and fruit and veggies, leaving the taco bell to the rest of the household, and excersising when i can. i'm sure i'll be healthier when this is in full swing, and it will probably help with my depression and migraines too, so thankyou ladies! you've inspired me!![]()
