So I have been taking vitamins, diet supplements, and eating better. Ive been dancing a week now and today is the worst ever. I have bruises everywhere and my knees are swollen and bruised BADLY. I feel wimpy, but I can barely move right now. I need to work, but I feel if I do my body will colapse,especially my kneesI have beautiful long legs but have to wear stockings or fishnets everyday. My knees are the scariest.How long does this newbie stage last? How long till my knees stop bruising?? Till I can bear to actually work more than 10 minutes at a time?
