wow Paige, I wish I remembered to take something more than once a day. I take EFA oil supplement, and it says up to 3 times a day, but I only ever remember to do it once. Maybe I'll be more motivated now.

    Other than that mine are:

    Trader Joe's Milk Thistle
    TJ Calcium Magnesium Zinc
Vitalert multi from Walmart, the only one that really does give me energy
    Emergen C light
Glucosamine blend from time to time
    Traditional Medicinals Detox Tea.

I take alot of supliments from time to time, but the main one I take is vitamin C - minimum of 5 grammes a day, often much more (-: I get introvenous vitamin B, C (30 grammes) and magnesium drips from my doctor quite regularly too with a huge B12 shot - they rock!

Whoo, I've been wanting to start a thread like this.

My supplements- salmon oil 3 caps a day, Tonalin same, L-Lysine 2 a day, L-Glutamine same, Evening Primrose Oil same, "Hair Pills" same, Vitamin C, 3 daily (plus fruits & veggies) 1 women's multivitamin, 1 magnesium, AND an awful tasting flax oil.

I try to eat well. I'm very happy with my appearance & health.

    1 centrum multivitamin
    1 dose (1500/1200) liquid Glucosamine/Chondroitin mix
Occasional regimen of echinacea in high-stress/sickness times

Thinking about adding vitamin e supplements to the mix, but there's a lot of conflicting info on that.

I do have a heart condition. My Cardiologist says NO extra E for me. Only a multi. and a magnesium now and again.
