So, I finally got my ass to the gym; I've been feeling a bit negative about parts of my life (but there's been some good parts too), and part of that was feeling like I'd gained weight. Finally too myself to the gym, weighed myself (155.4, when I was expecting over 160), and exercised my butt off.
2hrs and 40min on the elliptical, going 8.97 miles, burning 1680 calories.
How accurate are those calorie counters anyways? I always do about 600 cal an hour on the elliptical so it didn't seem too off.
AND I have my CLA tonalin (walmart brand) which I'll start tomorrow because I don't want to deal with those possible squirty side effects![]()
