check out www.implantinfo.com for board certified doctors. 4K seems a bit low to get a lift and implants. Dont worry about bargain shopping when it comes to PS. I think anyone would rather pay more for a good job than pay less and get a so-so job.

I'm getting a BA with a benelli lift and am spending $8700. You are going to have a hard time finding a BA with no lift for $4000. A lift adds about $2000 to the cost of a BA.
Dr.Nachbar did a great job on mine. I know many girls swear by Dr.Shaw. You might want to consult with these two. However do not expect to find a great surgeon for $4000. I don't know if you could even get a basic BA for that price, and you say you need a lift too. Don't skimp when it comes to surgery. If you can't afford it hold off until you can!! Good luck.

I went with Dr Borsand at the Body Scupting Center in Scottsdale. I did about a year of researching docs in AZ and went to consulations with Dr Shaw, Dr Borsand, Dr Wilson, and Dr Pavese. Only Dr Borsand said he could get the results I wanted without a lift and I am overjoyed with the results. His website is www.bodynew.com He also gives a $300 dancer discount, so I was quoted $4100 in 2004. The only catch is that you have to pay in cashier's check for that price. If you decide to finance through Capital One or any of the other cosmetic surgery finance companies, he tacks on an extra $1000. Dr Shaw usually charges 5500 for the standard ba. However, he insisted I needed a lift and the total cost was $12,000. I didn't particularly care for Wilson or Pavese, their quotes were in the $5500 range.

One of the most important things is to make sure your PS is board certified. A quick way to tell is if they call themselves plastic surgeons rather than cosmetic surgeons. They have to go through 5 years of specialized training and pass an exam in plastic surgery.
I just had a BA done on Jan 9th with Dr. Pavese in Tempe. He has a website Shapely.com. I only had an augmentation and paid $4350. I am very happy with my results and can go back to work this Monday.
This girl at my work had hers done about 2 months ago by Dr. Meager. They are seriously the best fake boobs I've seen to date and she went big!!
