My favorite is Ruby Dolls on Grant St. Adorable pieces mostly made by the boutique owner so they are a lot more unique.
Thank you so much!! I'll check it out!

There is a place on upper haight that sells some really unique, beautiful dresses. It is a bit pricey but some of the pieces are gorgeous and worth the money you will spend.
They also have jewelry and very cute bikins (for dancers- not for swimming)
I cant remember the name but it has a pair of giant legs sticking out. It's pretty hard to miss.
Every dress I have bought from there has made me ten times what I paid for them and I get a lot of compliments on them because they are so unique.
Also, there is a shop right next to showgirls that has a lot of cute outfits.
Those were the two stores I mainly shopped in for clothes when I danced in san fran.
There is also a little shop next to the donut store down the street from hustler but I cant remember that name eieter.
Sorry, I have a terrible memory![]()
Piedmont boutique! That is where I bought my outfit for my very first audition. That place rocks!Originally Posted by Magdalena_666
Oh yeah and unless they moved within the last year and a half there is a place called JoAnge on Columbus that also sells some cute hand made outfits, that is where I shopped the most when I lived in SF.

Jo Ange was closed. =o( There is a new store that sells cute but basic dancewear right next door to showgirls on broadway. And like I posted earlier ruby dolls is in north beach on grant st. North beach is wear I go to shop for my dancewear.
I couldn't find Ruby Dolls...well I had problems finding Grant St. lol The store next to showgirls was actually the first place I went... really small. But I did find a place on haight... cant remember the name... it was at the very top near the park... kinda small but I left with something
