I'm fat. I got out the measuring tape this morning and confirmed it. I've still got that perfect ten inch hips/waist ratio tho... 42-32-42.
Part of the problem is that my girlfriend cooks. Really cooks. Like, lasagna, pasta shells, etc. I got her a wok for xmas tho and now she's obsessed with cooking vegetables.![]()
So I went to the gym today (it's free at my school). I did 30 minutes of cardio, then weights, then 20 minutes of cardio. Am I right that this is a good way to take of weight quickly?
Oooh, and guess what?! I can press 650 pounds with my legs!![]()
