    Default Remember That First Time?

Remember the first time you went to a strip club? I don't know about the rest of you, but I can remember it like it was yesterday. What got me to thinking about it was a post somewhere in the pink side I think from and 18 year old guy who had fallen in love with "the most beautiful woman he has ever seen" on his first club trip.

For me it was in Corpus Christi Texas, summer of 1977 (easy on the old guy jokes). I was 19 and down there for some summer training for Navy ROTC. A bunch of us decided to go visit the Poseidon Club (or at least that is the name I can remember). Back then it was all stage dancing; no LD, no table dances, no VIP (that I knew of). Just booze and ladies to watch (and tip) on stage. I distinctly remember this one gal named Jamie who just had me mesmerized. I think about it every now and then, especially when I hear the song "Mainstreet" by Bob Seger. Only there one time and have never been back.

So, where (and who) was your first?

it was some seedy joint right next to norfolk naval base... it must have been a pretty unmemorable experience, because all I remember is having one beer and leaving.

The first time I went I actually hit two clubs.

The first one was a club in Lincoln, NE that actually was a rock band venue which had dancers only during the dayshift. No dancers after 8 PM. If you wanted something to eat the dancers doubled as waitresses. I went in about 6;30 (no cover). No full length private dances although if I remember they'd come by your table and give little mini dances (all air) for tips. Bought one $2 soda, tipped about four dancers a dollar each and left. Looking back on it, it was quite mediocre, but I was giddy at the time. Although, I never went back to that club.

I see the place finally was sold last summer and converted into a country and western joint. Even if it sucked, its always a sad day when a SC closes.

The second club I hit, became my first "home club". It was, or more appropriately is (still there today!) a stage only place downtown with about five dancers. I still like to drop by there while in Lincoln just to reminisce. No lap dances, but you can have a good time for $25 and get a glimpse of the way SC's used to be.
    Former SCJ now in rehab.

My first was a topless club in Indianapolis. A friend/business associate took me there. I'll never forget the first time a dancer assumed the position and ground me into the dust

SD on PCH near the airport and next door to Dollar Rent-a-Car now (use to be another rental car company). I think the club is still there. I think it was like table dancing.

My first visit ever was with my brother-in-law to Bob's Classy Lady in Van Nuys, CA sometime in mid 1995. We saw the feature act Blondage.

A few months after this event, a customer came into the printshop I was working at and asked me to make a color copy of a folded-up document that he was holding close to his chest. When I opened the document up, he had a Polaroid of him with Blondage. When I told him that I'd seen them before, he relaxed quite a bit and made a few jokes.

The first time I went to a club by myself was in mid-2002 at Players in Sun Valley, CA. I got six dances from a dancer named Ms. A that were so good, folks asked me the next day at work if I'd gotten laid over the weekend.

The first time I went to my home club, I saw my current ATF there for the first time. She blew me away, though I didn't buy any dances from her at the time. It's hard to believe that was a little over 2 years ago. Man, where has the time gone?

Vegas, Saphire. Jenn, a blonde wearing a cowboy hat. A good friend bought it for me to watch me squirm (he new it was my first time). He gave her an extra $20 to buck and wave the cowboy hat in the air and say, "ride me comboy." I can't remember if she did or not.

Wow, this is embarrasing (but funny).

1975, I'm 18, me and a friend decide to go to a porn theater (before VHS). There are 2 theaters the first one says on the door, "read all signs upon entering". We go in and pay, then see a sign that says "There are no Women in these movies". We both yell "wait a minute!". They give us a pass to the other theater and a gay guy tells us where to go. This was really amazing in 1975!

We go into the correct theater and start watching the movie, about half way through the movie stops. They introduce a dancer and she starts stripping on stage, I'm thinking, "hey, this is great, we were not even planning on seeing a stripper". After the first couple of songs she comes into the seats and starts dancing over the patrons laps, you could put hands on legs, but no touching the toys. I was so nervous I'm sure I was sweatin'. Her name was Starr and she came and talked to me a little later.

A couple of weeks go by and I'm down seeing Starr again, I was hooked on dancers and have been ever since.

Sweet blonde Mackenzie - I asked her how much money she made on an average night. My jaw dropped, and the next night I was dancing. I'm hooked!

Fall 1977. Going to Northeastern University and heard from the grapevine back home that a local girl was dancing. Found her at the old Naked i first time there. Lynn Ann was now Chantel, and it cost me I think $15.00 to buy her a Seabreeze. The best part though was going home that weekend to work as a part time police officer. "Hey Chief, you remember Lynn Ann that your son used to go out with? Yeah, I saw her this week..."

Second Weekend of September, 2000. 1 month before my wedding, we have a "bachelor party". Travel to Philadelphia, PA and visit a club named Delilah's. To this day, it is my favorite club. I was there Saturday night, despite the fact that I now live in Northern New York.

Her name was Corinne. She was half Korean and was a LBAW, which was my fetish at the time. There was conversation, lots of drinking, an hour in the old champange rooms (which were raised rooms behind 2 way mirrors, so you could see the whole club but they couldn't see you. They since got rid of those rooms ). She was so spectacular that I had to tell the future Ms. Gen all about her. (Man, was THAT a rough lesson to learn the hard way! )

That night authored an obsession that has yet to fade.

P.S. Technically, this wasn't the first visit. I did go to a small juice bar that was around the corner from the Great Alaskan Bush Company in Anchorage. I don't remember the name of the club, but I went alone on my 18th birthday because I could. I went in, sat down, ordered my sprite and watched the stage for 10-15 minutes. There were no ladies working the crowd, just the stage. After 15 minutes, I left, wondering what all the fuss was about.
"See, believe it or not (and I don't care whether you do), it's never been about the sex. I get sex at home, anytime, and we like it, and it's good for both of us. No, my stripclub experience has been about acceptance, and affirmation, and desirability...There have been some women who have a personality that just clicks with mine, and in the faux-sex atmosphere of the club, it's a mix that is completely seductive." - Jay Zeno

Mine was a bikini/lingere bar in California. There were some really beautiful girls there that did a lot of modeling outside the club (swimsuit catalogs, posters, ring card girls). I went there all the time and there was absolutly no contact except that the girls would give you a kiss on the cheek when you tipped them.

I don't remember much about the first time I went to a strip club, but I remember clearly the first time a dancer gave me a blow job.

My first time at a strip club.

My first time at a strip club was ’92 at Bourbon Street Circus in Phoenix. I had been doing weekly commutes from LA for about a year for a job and one of my vendors insisted he introduce me to the quality of the local strip club scene.

Now it happens that I was extremely sheltered as a kid (hard to do in south central LA, props to mom and dad for the effort) and had never considered going to a SC. My initial reaction was my standard, sheepish “no thanks”. After some hard prodding from the vendor who happened to treat me really well as a customer, I decided to go along. I ended up being pretty nervous, expecting to enter some extremely seedy Chicken Ranch type of place where the gals force you to do stuff you don’t want and then when you do, the priest, police and your mom suddenly pop out of nowhere to damn you to some type of prison/hell forever.

At the end of the day, I was excited about seeing such beautiful women naked (props to the Phoenix gals, I’ve traveled the world and you are some of the best), accepted one lap dance although in retrospect the gal knew real quick that I would probably fall off my chair if “she actually touched me”. While I had a great time, it took nine years before a really nasty divorce brought me back.

What got you hooked to SC’s?

Alright, another Phoenix BSC vet! I gotcha beat by a decade though, my first trip to BSC (and my first SC experience) was in 1982. The place was packed, and I was alone, sandwiched into a chair between a bunch of other guys. There were no lapdances back then, but there were "table dances" that were next to you, but with no touching. I was mesmerized by the dancers, and was particularly entranced by a beautiful blonde with huge tits dancing for a guy next to me. When she finished with him, I worked up the nerve to ask her to dance for me (dances were $3 each). I don't remember her name, but the song was Centerfold by the J. Geils Band. How fitting! My seat was so crunched between other guys that she couldn't really dance up next to my table, but even from 2 feet away or so, I was hypnotized by the experience, and I think I almost blew my load in my pants just watching her (I was pretty young, and inexperienced...).

After that, I became a Bourbon Street Circus semi-regular, although it's pretty funny to think that I used to go in there with 20 - 30 bucks and leave a very happy man. I remember the first time I bought 3 dances at once from a dancer, and gave her a $10 bill, thinking I was a big spender.

You're definitely a bit more experienced, but do you find this club really waxes and wanes more than any of the others? When I went Back in the early 90's, it was rockin' with a bunch of ASU hotties with great attitudes.

While I didn't go back for 10 years, I got mixed reports on the gals and atmosphere - was it the custy's I spoke to or has management changed that much?

The last time I went was about six months ago. While the girls were 4*, the atmosphere was 2*. It was like a lame Hi-Liter.

    Do you still go?

I rarely go to BSC anymore, because my ATF is at the Hi-Liter (I met her when she worked at BSC, and migrated with her when she left). But I do stop in every once in awhile just to see how things are going. I do like their new seating, and their VIP setup is not bad.

I'm a big BSC fan, if you stay away during the busy times (late Fri/Sat) you'll be fine, I highly recommend. Maybe I should qualify that, days are only so-so there also, it's weekday nights are good. Perhaps this should be in the AZ Club thread

As for this thread, we've had similar threads on a couple of occassions, here was my response:

After a bit we went to the other side of the place (the theatre) and watched some of the porn that was playing, we were a bit apprehensive about sitting for long as the floor seemed a bit sticky. All in all this visit creeped me out more than anything, fortunately I later visited some real strip clubs and got hooked, but you never forget the first do you?
